Rooms - The rooms are well appointed and new with mini bars that can be emptied on request. - Rooms on main floor overlook the pool. There are 2 elevators to access second and third floor - There is also room service - Good house cleaning service and thoughtful products left for guest Pool/Beach - Pools are heated, there is a kid pool and a Jacuzzi - There is food /drink service for pool and beach at additional cost - The beach is nice and private- BUT it can be cleaner Accessibility - The hotel is accessible inclusive of the dining area with ramps. - The breach IS NOT accessible. However employees were available to carry my mothers wheel chair up/down to access the beach Food - Breakfast and Dinner was good and had a variety. Tea and Coffee were available at no charge at both buffets Entertainment - The employees were very polite, attentive, and not clingy - There are few pool tables and a room with some arcade games at additional cost - There is a kids play area at the entrance which might be suitable for younger kids - The music played on day time was loud and not well chosen (with lyrics not just music). We have asked them multiple times to change/lower the sound which they eventually did - There was a band playing on the weekend at night which was deafening, my dad was so annoyed and asked them to turn it down which they did Check In/ Out - I booked through ******* and made requests for some rooms to be on the main floor and one on the top floor which was honored. - Check in was smooth and reception was well informed /ready to receive us - One of the towels seem to have been damaged due to toilet overflow. They initially wanted to charge us for it, However they have later waived it as plumbing incident at no fault of ours Other - There is a small supermarket which is pricey but less pricey than hotel for soft drinks and snacks - One of the rooms had plumbing issues with toilet over flow which was addressed by the hotel. Ich war dort seit mehr als 20 Jahren. Meine Kinder lieben den Ort, den wir alles genießen. Der Service, die Gastfreundschaft, der Lagune, der Strand. Zum ersten Mal kritisiert ich das Frühstück und den Buffet wirklich. Restaurants waren viel besser, aber preiswert. Bitte reparieren Sie Ihr Frühstück, Sie haben ein wunderbares Hotel und ein außergewöhnliches Team. Verschwenden Sie nicht alle Bemühungen mit dem Frühstücksbuffet. Wir mussten auf unsere letzte Nacht dafür verlassen. Danke für Ihren Service

Our stay at Stella Di Mare Golf hotel in Ain Sokhna was nothing short of exceptional! It was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at in Egypt. My sister, my grandma, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, especially to my grandma, which meant a lot to us. Their hospitality and warmth truly made us fall in love with Egypt all over again. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our trip—and now, we’re already planning to come back next year for our family vacation! Everything about this hotel was perfect—from the delicious and diverse food options to the overall atmosphere. Every single staff member was friendly, respectful, and attentive, making our stay even more special. A special shoutout to Marco, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He truly deserves a promotion for his outstanding service! If you’re looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway in Egypt, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s simply the best! my kids enjoyed the kids area, beach ,aquapark and the dinosaur's park very much special thanks to miss youmna for helping us in everything (ask her for help and after less than 5 minutes everything is ok 😄 ) Mr amrousi from housekeeping and also the restaurant staff,, all of them are very respectful 🙏

Wir wollten ein neues Jahr Getaway und es war eine perfekte Getaway , obwohl Zimmer ein wenig aktualisiert werden müssen, da sie ziemlich alt sind, aber trotzdem waren sie sauber , die Landschaften und der Strand ist sehr schön . Insgesamt gibt es sehr schöne Stimmung , Nahrungsmittelqualität und Vielfalt sind auch sehr gut . Danke für den Aufenthalt .

Ein sehr sauberes, ruhiges Hotel.Allerdings nur mit Halbpension buchbar. Vielfalt an Essen,jedoch viel TK kost. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten rund um den Pool.Der Pool ist allerdings total renovierungs bedürftigt.keine Handläufe zum Einstieg nur 2 schiefe Leitern. Pool Personal sehr hilfsbereit und wie alle anderen auch sehr freundlich.nur mit englisch ist es mau.aber man gibt sich mühe. Ich habe alles bekommen was ich wollte. Zimmer für mich optimal, gross, EG, sehr gutes house keeping. Kaffee und Espresso bereiter im zimmer sowie alle 3Tage frisches Obst.Tägl.Wäschewchsel. Negativ war das über 90 TV Kanäle zu sehen waren,jedoch kein Deutscher. Das hat mir nicht gefallen. Massagen waren überdurchschnittlich gut. Während der Woche war ich tagsüber meist alleine im Hotel als Gast,war super und genau das richtige für mich.Am arabischen Wochenende kamen dann viele reiche ägypt.Familien.der Pool war 27grad warm,und voll, dann war abends im Restaurant Chaos, laut und überfüllt. Mit dem Wissen in 1-2tagen gehn die wieder,war es ok. Besonderen Dank an Mr.Mohamed Fouad,und sein Team,die sich rührend um mich gekümmert haben und immer auf ein offenes Ohr hatten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden,hoffe die kleinen Mängel sind abgestellt wenn ich dieses Jahr für 3wochen im Oktober wieder ins Tanoak komme. Danke an Mr.Fouad und sein Team Béatrice

Das Zimmer ist das beste in Sokhna. Das Essen ist auch in Ägypten gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr ehrlich und es ist notwendig, dass der Kellner Ihnen helfen kann, das Geschmack zu nehmen. Der Strand braucht einen Fahrrad, in der Tat ist es nicht weit, der Weg ist gut. Der Pool ist gut, und die Kindergarten. In Sokhna lebte ich mit Stella, Movenpick, Cancun, Dieser Jazz ist mein Lieblings-Jazz. Es ist für ein Wochenende von Kairo geeignet, ein oder zwei Tage zu verbringen. Der Strand ist sehr gut, das Meer ist sauber.
