Upon arriving at this place, my friend and I were immediately put off by the workers who stared at us instead of offering to help with our luggage—a clear red flag. It only got worse from there. We were shocked to find over fifteen roaches crawling in our beds, on the floor, and even inside our luggage! This was completely unacceptable. The customer service was atrocious. When I brought up our concerns to the receptionist, he had the audacity to suggest we refrain from leaving a review in exchange for unspecified ”privileges.” The bedsheets were stained, the towels were dirty, and the water had a foul odor. It was a nightmare. To add insult to injury, when we voiced our complaints about the roaches, the receptionist brushed us off, claiming we should expect such things in this country. This dismissive attitude was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Thankfully, Starling and Davison from were the only saving grace during our stay—they actually cared and were extremely helpful. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking with this establishment. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and dismissive attitude towards legitimate complaints made our experience utterly disappointing and frustrating.

Vielen Dank auch an die Bedienungen Carlos, Zoila, Martin und Rogelio sie waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben dir quasi jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen.

We stayed at Manaya for one night before going back home via the Punta Cana Airport. We were just looking for something cheap and close to the airport. I didn’t expect much but was totally surprised by the hotel. The owners are very very kind. Eventhough i don’t speak Spanish they tried to make me feel comfortable. Everything is decorated with love and care. Breakfast is amazing. The backyard which includes a pool is very cozy. I can recommend this B&B!

If I could give this 0 Stars I would, Take this review very serious I have stayed in over 4000 Hotels in my life. First and foremost just DO NOT STAY HERE even if it is $50 A WEEK! I promise you anywhere is better than here. If you want to take some roaches home and start a path down the road where it will cost you or your apartment complex and neighbors hundreds of thousands to get rid of these pests, or if you already have them and you are bringing them with you than so be it, but if you are a person who cares about your hygiene, keeps a clean house and does not like bugs this is NOT the place for you. IF you want to have a nice evening inside and watch some TV after cooking a nice meal and be in a cool environment DO NOT BOOK HERE! There is no Air conditioning in the living room and the TV is like a small monitor attached to the wall that can not be moved. IF you want to have a comfortable pillow, DO NOT BOOK HERE! The pillows are the thinnest I have ever seen. If you want a clean comfortable bed, DO NOT BOOK HERE! The bed had stains of all sorts and lots of questionable black specks including baby roaches, these were dead I think, I didn't stick around to see. IF you want to have a closet to hang your cloths and a mirror to check your self out in, you guessed it, DO NOT STAY HERE!! My closet had a broken mirror that was duct taped back together and the closet door wouldn't even open. Finally if you want a reception with real security that will be available if you need anything or have a problem, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Not 1, 2, or 3 times did I and or *********** try to contact this property to request my refund with no response but 4 times and still no reply. Also when I arrived the reception was not there and I used google translate to communicate with this guy who had no name tag or anything indicating that he worked there indicating he was security. He told me he needed payment and would need to keep my passport until payment was made but the booking was supposed to be prepaid. This was a complete crap show. They took payment is Euros for whatever reason. If you want to stay at somewhere modern, clean and comfortable, DO NOT STAY HERE!! Even if it free!!! Unless your homeless then at least it's a home. I have stayed in over 4000 hotels over the course of my life and this would rank top 10 worst if that gives you any idea. Schöner Ort zu bleiben, aber der Service im Vorderbüro ist nicht freundlich, die Jungs, die dort arbeiten haben keine gute Service-Einstellung, Ich hatte wirklich schlechte Zeit, um zu Checkout Lat zu bekommen, weil mein Flug verzögert wurde und wir brauchten einen Ort zu bleiben, Ich denke, dieses Hotel hat viele gute Dinge außer dem Front Desk Mitarbeiter

Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen absolut der Realität..Sehr gepflegte Anlage, ein Lob an die Gärtner...tolle Pools..Sehr schöne Architektur der Gebäude innen und außen im Kolonialstil..Schöner Strand mit tollen Ausblicken. Spaziergänge auch ausserhalb der Anlage am Strand entlang absolut lohnenswert. Essen: Themen-Restaurants (ohne Aufpreis) sehr gut, sonst eher durchschnittlich . Frühstück top. Hier wird man als Gast am Morgen schon mit einem strahlenden Lächeln und sehr großer Herzlichkeit empfangen. Angefangen bei den Empfangsdamen Xiorkys,Paola u.Yaniris, die Kellner Yery u. Cairo, die uns sogar spontan eine persönliche Rap-Einlage vorführten. Überall gute Laune. Nicht zu vergessen Quirilio, Maria und einige andere mehr, die uns zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl gaben willkommen zu sein. Herausheben müssen wir besonders das Pool/Beach-Team mit Keila und Gasolina, die uns morgens schon aus 100 m Entfernung zugewinkt haben und uns im Laufe des Tages am Pool oder Strand jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen haben. Vielen Dank Euch beiden :-) . Also, wer einen entspannten Urlaub sucht mit garantiert schönem Wetter und super netten Menschen, der ist hier richtig.. Übrigens waren hier zu 90 % Amerikaner als Gäste, die häufig das Gespräch mit den Leuten aus ”good old Germany” suchten. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes und kein lautes” Party” Publikum, was zum Wohlfühl-Effekt beitrug. Wir kommen wieder.
