Das Personal ist unglaublich einzigartig, nett, hat Initiative ergriffen und sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert! Herr George im Frühstücksbereich, Restaurantleiterin Panagiota, der immer alles tut, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die beste Zeit aller Zeiten haben! *Wir sind schon mehrmals im Cape Aspro zurückgekehrt und haben dort gegessen, auch wenn wir nicht Gäste im Hotel waren und der Service war immer erstklassig! Anna aus der Küche und Petar, die uns bedient haben, waren auch unglaublich! Beachten Sie, dass wir Veganer und Vegetarier sind und das gesamte Team, von den Chefs bis zu den Barmitgliedern, sich besonders um uns gekümmert hat. Auch unsere Haushälterin Marites hat sich so professionell und freundlich um uns und unseren Anzug gekümmert! Und immer gefragt, ob wir eine tolle Zeit haben und ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Wir haben auch die Spa- und Pooleinrichtungen genossen. Ich kann ewig weitermachen! Buchen und erleben Sie dieses unglaubliche Resort selbst. Es lohnt sich total!

I wouldn't recognise the Hylatio Tourist Village from some of the Reviews that have been left. This is our second visit and we would happily go again. We asked for the same room as last time and they were able to accommodate us. Yes, the apartment is dated, the beds on the firm side and the whole apartment could do with a bit of TLC and makeover, but it was more than adequate for our needs. Having limited mobility, I found the over the bath shower difficult to cope with and in this day and age, I feel that to be more inclusive of disabled people, the bath should be removed and a walk in shower installed. But I knew that and it was a compromise I was happy to make because we like the place very much. It's not huge which is what we prefer. The site has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A wash is €4 and tumble dry is €2, which is very reasonable. It also has a 'library' of books where you can help yourself to a holiday read. All the staff, including the owner were very friendly. They will help you with reservations and taxi bookings etc. The food can be a bit repetitive, but so are most AI establishments. We were able to get something we liked at very meal. The village is a 10 minute walk away, but we coped with that. During the day, everything is centred around the pool and bar, with not much else, so if you want other diversions to occupy you, don't come here, unless you are prepared to make your own entertainment. There was entertainment three nights a week, some acts better than others, but we don't crave entrainment every night, being quite happy to sit and have a glass of wine and just generally relax. I wouldn't recommend self-catering. The facilities for this are very basic and to get supplies if you don't have a car can be an onerous trek back up the hill from the small supermarkets, loaded with s supplies. The hotel could make this more clear in their advertising, I think. Don't come here if you are hoping for a 4 or 5 star experience for 3 star prices. Hylatio Tourist Village is relatively quiet and simple compared to most hotels, so if you want entertainment and busyness every day, rthis wouldn't suit you.

Arrived and transferred no problem at all. Got to family room as booked for more privacy and it’s like a 7ft child gate, a flimsy, noisy door that doesn’t go to the ceiling and bedsheets that are so starchy you can’t turn over without waking someone up. Hotel is nice pools are lovely from a distance but Ice cold so completely pointless as with over 700 guests the evidence is clear with never more than a handful of people swimming because it’s freezing. Kids bored as we booked a pool holiday and aren’t interested as it’s too cold so we hired a car went to beach where sea is warm and we ate out making the 6.5k all inclusive pointless. Sports facilities are decent but equipment is either not available or broken (1 tennis ball with a hole in it, no footballs). Breakfast decent lunch ok dinner bang average. Drinks not great beer served in warm glasses and cocktails using cheap syrup and non branded alcohol. Tui rep uninterested and just fobs you off especially when we had money stolen from the room we was told the cleaners must have assumed it was a tip….the end! I’d rate tui -5 starts and the holiday completely overpriced if I’d wanted a cheap 3 star all inclusive if have booked one instead now I’m probably 8k out of pocket for exactly that. I’d give the hotel a 3 star it’s so far from 5 star in every way from rooms to food to service. Nice spa which was lovely and Che and Angelica fantastic also the golf is pricey but a very good track.
