衞生服務：很一般，連住幾天，第一天沒有打掃更換洗漱用品浴巾毛巾，晚上到店裡溝通前台臨時才弄。第二天打掃也沒鋪床，衹換了洗漱用品。
前台服務：技能不熟練，每天晚上回來都無法開門，要去前台制卡。
停車服務：一開始沒地下停車場，後面開了，就不讓停地上了，一直説地上不行，別人的車眼前就能停，差別對待。
硬件設施：電梯有的需要刷卡，有的不需要，系統也沒調試好
好的方面，整體酒店外觀，房間，大堂的硬件還是上檔次的，在樺甸應該是很好的了，希望軟服務跟上
