Finde Hotels in West Kelowna

The room itself was clean and bright, but our toddlers found advil that wasn't ours. The staff was only mediocre which was fine, but the breakfast staff were absolutely horrible. They continually made my shy 4 year old uncomfortable with their comments such as”taking too much peanut butter” (she wasn't, I was right beside her anyway but they didn't realize we were together. They flocked around constantly and it was rather annoying. We had to continually ask staff for towels in the pool area, etc., they just kept disregarding the requests made by the 20+ people in the pool area. Pool/waterslide were nice but very, very chlorinated. Hotel itself was good enough, staff were not.

This should not be advertised as a hotel! It is a safe injection house as well as a ‘Turning Points’ facility. My daughters and I were going to stay the weekend, but only stayed 5 minutes. The bathroom in the lobby looked like someone’s backend exploded and it seemed like the pool was giant bathtub. Rooms were dirty with crusty linens/bedding. Stay anywhere else but here!

The hotel experience was a bit of a disappointment. Upon check-in none of my requests were met. I was told it was because the hotel was pretty much full with people who recently booked. I told them I booked many weeks ago so there should not be an issue. I asked for a suite on the top floor. I was told there were no suites on the top floor, they were all on the main floor (why did I not receive a message regarding this when my reservation was reviewed?). My question then is how could I have upgraded to a room with a mountain view if I am on the main floor (there are buildings in the way)? Something sounded off to me. We were also given a handicap room. I do not like the showers in these rooms. Water everywhere. I never requested a handicap room but when I went to check the reservation after check-in, it said I requested one - not true. I looked back at my original booking and I did not request this room. I know the hotel cannot guarantee your requests, but I have to say that this is the first time I have really had an issue. Our room door and the bathroom door squeaked something awful. The bathroom door would not fully shut without it sticking and forcing it open or shut. The next morning I spoke to the front desk and the squeaking was taken care of but the bathroom door still would not close. This hotel does not do daily housekeeping. If they want you to reuse the towels, how about some hooks?????? The breakfast was okay. The first morning was better than the second. Food was a bit slow coming out for some reason. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is fairly quiet. I could hear people walking above us - that is why I prefer the top floor. This hotel is nice and clean. The bed was a bit low for us but was very comfortable. My husband did not like the pillows. If you are looking for a place to eat, try C-Lovers which is across the parking lot. It has fish and chips and they are excellent. All in all, this hotel is a good place to stay. I guess I may have just been the lucky one to have things go wrong.
