Finde Hotels in Sherwood Park

Our family stayed at the Sandman Sherwood Park on Boxing Day 2023. Once again they met all our expectations and more. There was a mixup on my part on the booking and it was resolved in a most agreeable and professional manner. Thanks to Mark Chan and Theodore (GM) who worked together to solve the issue. I won’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and will stay there again. And a shout out to Fiona and her co-worker for the cleanliness maintained in our room.!

Der Tub ist für kleine Menschen gebaut, Bad Vanity für Riesen. Der Tub ist pint-size, etwa ein Fuß hoch. Ich bin fünf Fuß hoch und nur passt. Ich versuchte, das meiste von dem, was bedeutete, in einem Puddle zu schlucken, aber konnte nicht einmal das tun, als der Plug würden nicht Wasser halten. An der Frontdesk direkt um ein Zimmer mit einem erwachsenen Tube wurde gefragt und allen Zimmern gesagt, dass sie die gleichen waren. Die Mitarbeiter fühlten sich so, als könnten sie weniger kümmern. Der Badewanne war höher als normal, ein bisschen, also war auch das Waschen meines Gesichts eine Herausforderung, wieder von einem Fünf-Fuß-Fuß. Der Badspiegel wurde noch einen Fuß über dem montiert, so dass ich froh war, einen Wandspiegel durch das Fenster zu sehen, den ich für die Make-up-Anwendung verwenden konnte. Am nächsten Tag versuchte die Dusche, die nicht viel besser war, sehr niedriger Wasserdruck. Ich schätze, das ist ein älteres Hotel, das etwas aktualisiert wurde. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ok. Air con funktionierte gut. Ich mag ein bisschen gespannt sein, wenn ich im Hotel wohne, und das war nicht das. Zumindest ist ein schöner Sok am Ende des Tages nicht zu viel zu fragen. Nicht zurück sein. Zu viel Geld für ein niedriges Endhotel.

Sehr sauber, elegante aber einfach. Sehr geräumige Zimmer. Manager Glena und Jane sind sehr freundlich und haben uns persönlich gesprochen. Es wäre großartig, waffle und mehr Obst in der Frühstücksauswahl zu haben. Wir würden wieder kommen und nächstes Mal länger bleiben. Sehr empfohlen!!!

My husband and I with our kids stayed here for 3 days and have had probably one of the best dine in experiences that we had come back every single night we were here. The food and the service was beyond our expectations. Our server Ankit checked in with us made sure everything was okay. Food was delicious I would highly recommend anyone staying here or in the area to check this place out! Good food good vibes

My stay was good here. Love the atmosphere. Staffs were cheerful and breakfast was good. I used the gym. Next time will bring family. I did see reviews of the hotel before going. There was some bad reviews about hotel. But I found the hotel is fantastic. It is on older side but as I said the atmosphere was great from check in to check out.

The atmosphere of this hotel is clean and refreshing. The front desk clerk is always in a good mood and very helpful. The room is large and the bed is clean and comfortable. Everything smells clean. Breakfast has a great selection. I always request this hotel when I’m in the area for work.

Exceeded my expectations, exceptional stay. An email the day before my arrival highten my excitement about my trip. The hotel entrance is very spacious and grand compared to other hotels of this class. Check-in staff was pleasant and informative. As was the breakfast attendant. I appreciated the texts during my stay asking how I was settling in and then how I was enjoying my stay. Made me feel well cared for and valued. Rooms were comfortable and clean, meeting all of my needs. The price point is excellent compared to other area hotels. Will be my goto hotel in Sherwood Park.
