About a 20 minute drive from the airport and close to the bus station. The owner is kind, the room was clean and everything you needed was available. The owner was also always available and was able to give recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. The only improvement I would give is more options for breakfast but the main area was comfortable. Overall, great experience with zero issues.

Sehr komfortabel, sehr langsam, und die Küche hat eine Menge Kaffeeschalen, die verwendet werden können.

The location is beside the sea and we saw the breathtaking sunset. The house is nice and facilities are new, environment around is great, the host is nice and kind.
The only thing is that we book the King size room, but we got an only a queen size bed.
Generally great experience.

Die Anlage ist ein wenig alt. Das Bettlicht brennt aus, als ich lese und der Schlauch der elektrischen Kessel funktionierte nicht. Außer diesen kleinen Dingen war alles gut. Der Shuttle-Service ist empfehlenswert und es gibt interessante Restaurants in einem Spaziergang vom Hotel. Versuchte einen chinesischen Nügelplatz namens verboten, aber xian. Das Essen war so schmackhaft.

All in all I was very happy with the hotel, its quite modern and close enough to the skytrain station to walk, as well as being along a ***** of great food options. You're given some pretty soft slippers to wear instead of shoes and there's two lockers for luggage. Bathroom facilities are reasonable, clean and well styled. Now to talk about the pods, I gave this place a 4/5 stars because there's some room for improvement. I do find the mattresses to be pretty thin, not terrible but not a comfortable first night sleep, and I feel that $70 before tax is a bit too expensive when a full hotel room is double the price for much thicker mattress, room and personal showers + tub. I feel $50 would be a more fair price if achievable down the line, I understand this is still a newer hotel and first years operation costs can be very pricey. Id also ask for more air supply options, having the small fan is nice, but I like to sleep cooler and the fresh air vent didn't output as much as I'd like due to it being a central system. Other than that, it was incredibly nice to have a much more economical option for sleeping in Richmond, and the location honestly is fantastic and the service was great too. I'll absolutely be staying here again and I do recommend this location. I just wish they could offer more when it comes to bed comfort.

What a great experience my sister and I had while staying at Stone Hedge with Brian and Linda. They are greatest hosts ever we were so spoiled right from the minute we were picked up at the airport. We arrived at the B and B to flower petals in the toilet and lovely clean room where we freshened up and then followed Brian’s directions 2 blocks to have our dinner. That night we slept like babies in those comfortable beds. It was so nice to get up early and make a cup of tea in the little kitchenette just off our room where we could make coffee/tea. We had a very early tour so Brian and Linda made us a to go bag what a nice surprise! After a long day Brian picked us up at the bus and brought us back to the B and B and surprised us with Mr Cooper pies and sweet potatoes, they were delicious! Next day we had a four course breakfast and off to the cruise port we we went we had a knowledgeable tour along the way. I wood come back to this B and B in a heartbeat thank you so much Brian and Linda😁

CChun Mei VeronicaDie Mitarbeiter sind sehr schön und hilfsbereit, der Shuttle und das Frühstück sind auch gut. Die Lage ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Skytrain ( ich denke, das ist der einzige Grund, ich bin nicht gewohnt ), vor allem wenn ich nachts zurück gehe.
Sonst ist es ein schönes Hotel und es gibt nur wenige Restaurants und einfachen Zugang zum berühmten Nachtmarkt im Sommer.

Als ich den Taxibeleg an der Rezeption einreichte, erhielt ich sofort eine 20-CAD-Rechnung.
Ich kam früher als zur Check-in-Zeit an, aber man sagte mir, ich solle etwa 30 Minuten warten, da das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei. Ich wartete ungefähr 40 Minuten, aber es kam kein Wort, und der Mitarbeiter, der zuerst antwortete, arbeitete an etwas anderem, also fragte ich einen anderen männlichen Mitarbeiter, und er sagte, er wisse nicht, wann es sein würde, aber er wisse es nicht Ich kenne die genaue Zeit und sagte, es würde wahrscheinlich etwa 40 Minuten dauern, also wartete ich noch einmal. Nach 50 Minuten kam es zu keinem Gespräch, also ging ich zu einem anderen neuen Mitarbeiter und überreichte ihm schweigend meinen Reisepass, und er zeigte mir sofort mein Zimmer.
Hätte ich zunächst gesagt, dass es lange dauern würde, hätte ich mein Gepäck zurückgelassen und wäre losgefahren, um die Stadt zu besichtigen, aber die Zeit, die ich mit dem Warten verbracht habe, war eine reine Zeitverschwendung.
Der Zustand der Zimmer war nicht schlecht und der Bringservice zum Flughafen war gut.

GGastnutzerEs ist ziemlich zufriedenstellend, ich mag es nicht sehr. Am Tag meiner Ankunft vom Flughafen zum Hotel hatte das Hotel nur einen Stromausfall und kein Internet. Nach einer langen Zeit des Herumwälzens waren alle erschöpft, also bestätigte ich dass ich das Zimmer bekam. Es war hilflos.

GGuest UserAlle Holiday Inns, die ich geblieben habe, waren ausgezeichnet, aber diese ist über den Rest. Die Zimmer und Einrichtungen waren standardmäßig und das Frühstück war wie alle anderen Holiday Inn Express. Aber was diese über den Rest gesetzt war das Personal. Meine Frau und ich waren unvertraut mit der Gegend. Die Mitarbeiter des Büros von Julian und Yashman haben uns eine unglaubliche Aufgabe gemacht, uns über lokale Orte zu essen und zu besuchen zu erzählen. Sie gab uns genaue Anweisungen zu den Bussen und Zugsystemen und wie man die Orte von Vancouver besuchen wollte, die wir sehen wollten. Sie gingen weit über ihre normalen Pflichten hinaus, um unseren Besuch zu einem Erfolg zu machen. Julian und Yashman gaben sich vorbildlich auf die Details und den hervorragenden Kundenservice.

She knew very little English; however, Remi saved the day. He knew Parisian French and was able to converse with her very easily. It made our dinner time together very special. Remi also kept watch over us and gave ideas as to how better enjoy our dinner. Thank you Remi~! You are a wonderful ”young man” and so appreciated by us. The Lord bless you. The Davis Family

Zzheng hotel is near bridge port station . just 5 minutes' walking distance. hotel provide free air port shuttle service , which is quite good. room is big and clean . sound proof of the wall is not good. you can hear the shower water in the next door room. no slippers and no tooth brush and no tooth paste provided in the room. breakfast is quite simple. no egg and no sausage
