Finde Hotels in Huntsville

I was expecting more from this hotel given the Ascend Hotel strapline of historic, boutique and one of a kind hotels. The room waas very tired with pictures missing from the wall and holes in the bathroom wall. Furthermore an additional charge of $30 per day was applied to use of WIFI, parking (there is nowhere else to park), use of pool etc. Given the location of the hotel these should all have been included in the room price so I feel a bit ripped off (particularly as did not use many of the facilities). This charge was not clear on the Choice Booking website. On the positive side the hotel is in a great location, the staff were great and the restaurant/bar were reasonably priced and the food was nice.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, Die Rezeption gab das Zimmer eines Freundes falsch an, ließ die Differenzkosten für den Zimmertyp zurück, Trip.com gab die Differenzkosten wieder und die Ergebnisse waren Freunde zufrieden.

Very comfortable beds, nicely renovated rooms, nice bathroom. Somehow the towel count was short, only 1 in the room, we should have told them at the front desk as they thought we had taken them when we left. We certainly would never do that, we have more than enough at home and more to our taste. The owner was adamant that he and his wife do the rooms themselves and were sure they had supplied the room. I explained we are not liars and would never do that or even want them. He finally agreed not to charge us for them. Make sure you bring anything missing in the room to the front desk’s attention right away to avoid an issue like this . They are a small business and need to control their inventory also so I can understand their argument . We were there for a short time so it wasn’t a big deal to have the extra towel but in hind sight next time if we notice a shortage when checking in we will bring it to their attention right away. Otherwise everything was good , good location for the purpose of our stay.

Es ist wenig wie das geht eine lange Straße. Dieser Ort ist auch zu Fuß entfernt von allen Restaurants im Zentrum, die sehr bequem ist. Sauber, komfortabel, ruhig, großartig Service und bequem. Großes kleines Budget Hotel.

Motel appears to be in the midst of a transformation. Upgrades and improvements include new windows (great for soundproofing the road), new floors and a new sink area. While the layout of the room was peculiar (I’m always confused when the bathroom sink is in a different area than the bathroom but in this case it also serves as the kitchen sink so guess that makes more sense than having a coffee maker in the bathroom…) it is quite spacious and painted in a light colour scheme to aid in the sense of space. Some minor housekeeping elements missing (no coffee cups, water and only one chair for sitting inside, no place for snowy boots and stuff to dry out) I imagine these small things will get improved upon over time. Snow management outside the rooms Could also use some TLC but appears there had been carpet once on the landing so likely need that fully removed to be able to shovel properly. The price was appropriate and the location perfect for a walk downtown or ventures to the natural attractions upraise of town.

Ich empfehle dieses Motel niemandem. Es war mein erstes Besuch in einem Wahlmotel, da ich Mitglied wurde und eine wirklich schlechte Erfahrung hatte. Ich lebte in Huntsville und reservierte ein Zimmer in diesem Motel, so dass ich mit meinen Huntsville Freunden besuchen konnte. Sie kamen zum Motel für einen Besuch und dann gingen wir zum Abendessen. Der Manager/Eigentümer würde sie nicht einlassen und sagte, es sei eine Politik der Choice Hotels, keine Besucher zu haben. Ich konnte nicht glauben, was ich gehört habe. Ich bin ein Senior, nicht jemand, der Probleme verursacht. Ich habe ohne Rückzahlung verlassen und habe ein Zimmer im Comfort Inn. Sie sind auch ein Wahlmotel und sagten, sie hätten nie gehört, dass keine Besucher erlaubt werden. Dank dem Comfort Inn für den Aufenthalt und die Möglichkeit, mit meinen Freunden zu besuchen. Ich werde nie wieder empfehlen oder Fuß in der Econo Lodge setzen.

Das Hotel liegt günstig neben den Highways 11 und 60. Den Algonquin Provincial Park erreichen Sie in 30 Fahrminuten. Der Herbst ist die Jahreszeit, um den Ahorn zu sehen. Das Hotel ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Indoor-Fitnessstudio und einem Swimmingpool. Parken ist kostenlos

Alles bestens. Perfekter Service, perfektes Zimmer, höchstes Maß an Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Kundenservice. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier absteigen. Sehr neue Zimmereinrichtung und Betten. Bis zum nächsten mal.
