Опираясь на хорошие отзывы решили с коллегой переночевать в данном отеле в ходе деловой поездки. Оплатили двухместный номер и решили уточнить,что доступно для нас согласно тарифам отеля.Администратор сообщил, что в оплаченные нами удобства отеля входит посещение СПА, однако он уже закрыт,время около 21.00,данное обстоятельство оставило осадок,при чем на дверях СПА, согласно его расписания работы, он должен закрываться в 23.00. В номере при засении не оказалось второго гигиенического набора. Следующей неприятностью оказалось отсутствие горячей воды в душе.Администратор по телефону предложил переехать, но это вообщем то абсолютно не подходит,когда ты уже расположился,разделся,и собрался принимать душ, почему не предупредить заранее о возможных проблемах с горячей водой,чтобы можно было проверить это в момент заселения? Плюс ко всему в номере 202 не работала завертка на двери ванной, двери закрыть нельзя.Из плюсов:чисто, вкусный завтрак. В другой раз за эту стоимость однозначно выберем другое место.

Могилев - наш родной город, и почти каждую осень мы приезжаем сюда. Хочу сказать спасибо всей команде отеля, европейский уровень, персонал приветливый, номера идеально чистые! Спа зона на 4ку, нам не хватило света и пространства)) но в целом, как услуга которая входит в стоимость - очень приятно. Всем кто бывает в этом городе - однозначно советую! Аналогов здесь нет. Ещё раз спасибо !
