Stayed there during our trip up to Mission Beach from Mackay. The room was well appointed and very clean, no dramas about your loved pet, there are 5 rooms in the complex. The restaurant was closed for a function, but we were able to get room service. Food was some of the best we have EVER had. Garlic prawns for me and a juicy steak for my wife. Lisa is the Manager, fantastic person.

Ich fliege am Freitag Abend ein und die Rezeption wurde geschlossen. Daher war auf der Tür ein Hinweis für meine Zimmernummer. Das Licht und der Fan waren an. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Duschedruck war das beste sicher Geld wert, hier unter Deckung Parkplatz zu bleiben.

Had a two night stay in two different rooms as we were not sure if we were staying a second night until later in the day. Both rooms were spacious, great showers, comfortable beds. Kids (9 and 4) both loved the playground and pool. People were absolutely delightful to deal with. Also a great pub across the road for easy dining options. Or there's microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge in the room for an easy stay in meal. We will definitely be staying here when we have to stay a night in Mackay again!

I stayed here for a work trip. With undercover parking right at the room door, it meant the car wasn’t sitting in the sun getting hot! The room was clean & comfortable. With 2 queen sized beds I was able to take my pick. Being on a main road also means they are easy to find. There is also plenty of food options close by should you wish to eat out, or you can try the on-site restaurant.

Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Bequemes Bett zum schlafen. Es war jedoch in der Nähe des Flughafens, so dass Sie den Lärm hören können, wenn die Flüge in der Nähe sind, aber es wird keine Nacht sein, also machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, wenn Sie schlafen. Auf unserem jährlichen langen Fahrt nach dem Fernen Norden ist Mackay immer ein Stop-off-Punkt. Nachdem ich das Shamrock Gardens Motel gefunden habe, denke ich manchmal, ich sollte hier mehr als nur eine Nacht verbringen. Es ist bequem, entweder Nord oder Süd durchqueren; es hat ein großes Pub neben der Tür mit einem großen Bistro; das Motel ist nicht brandneu, aber es ist sauber, komfortabel, Betten sind großartig, und enthält ein kontinentales Frühstück in Ihrem Zimmer. Meine einzige Verärgerung mit jedem Unterkunftsunternehmen ist über die Zeit, ersetzen Kunststoff Ketten mit Edelstahl. Einige Gäste bei unserem letzten Besuch entschieden, sie wollten schreien und alle um Mitternacht aufwachen. Hoffentlich bleibt es so.

Auf unserem jährlichen langen Fahrt nach dem Fernen Norden ist Mackay immer ein Stop-off-Punkt. Nachdem ich das Shamrock Gardens Motel gefunden habe, denke ich manchmal, ich sollte hier mehr als nur eine Nacht verbringen. Es ist bequem, entweder Nord oder Süd durchqueren; es hat ein großes Pub neben der Tür mit einem großen Bistro; das Motel ist nicht brandneu, aber es ist sauber, komfortabel, Betten sind großartig, und enthält ein kontinentales Frühstück in Ihrem Zimmer. Meine einzige Verärgerung mit jedem Unterkunftsunternehmen ist über die Zeit, ersetzen Kunststoff Ketten mit Edelstahl. Einige Gäste bei unserem letzten Besuch entschieden, sie wollten schreien und alle um Mitternacht aufwachen. Hoffentlich bleibt es so.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a work trip. With undercover parking right at the room door, it meant the car wasn’t sitting in the sun getting hot! The room was clean & comfortable. With 2 queen sized beds I was able to take my pick. Being on a main road also means they are easy to find. There is also plenty of food options close by should you wish to eat out, or you can try the on-site restaurant.

Disappointing experience. Would recommend looking elsewhere. I booked this hotel for an overnight stay on a road trip to Brisbane. Due to bushfires, the Bruce Highway was closed and my arrival delayed. The office phone number went to a message bank, despite the pre-recorded message saying the opening hours were till 9pm and I was calling before this time. My wife ended up finding an after hours number to get the late checking details. Suggest the message be updated. Room was poor quality. After the long drive, I wanted to chill with some tv before bed. However, the TV in the room didn’t work, I suspect it may have just been flat batteries in the remote. This is something that ought to be checked and reception was closed due to my late arrival. Whilst the room was largely clean, the bathroom was not the same. There was mould in the shower, and the toilet seemed to keep running. The only positive I have from this stay was the comfortable bed.

Large room, with a very comfortable king bed! Bathroom is modern with a country style twist as the vanity is a dark wood but very large/long. If you like a country style decor this hotel will be perfect, as you find the furniture inside is a dark wood, tall buffet with bar fridge, desk, luggage rack and a wardrobe. Completely tiled, and a very hot shower. Lounge chairs are a little old and the place has general wear and tear, but a quality 3 to 3.5 star hotel.

JJd LHad a two night stay in two different rooms as we were not sure if we were staying a second night until later in the day. Both rooms were spacious, great showers, comfortable beds. Kids (9 and 4) both loved the playground and pool. People were absolutely delightful to deal with. Also a great pub across the road for easy dining options. Or there's microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge in the room for an easy stay in meal. We will definitely be staying here when we have to stay a night in Mackay again!

Ich fliege am Freitag Abend ein und die Rezeption wurde geschlossen. Daher war auf der Tür ein Hinweis für meine Zimmernummer. Das Licht und der Fan waren an. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Duschedruck war das beste sicher Geld wert, hier unter Deckung Parkplatz zu bleiben.

5582garthjWas für ein schrecklicher Ort! Von dem Zeitpunkt an, wenn Sie in Ihrem Zimmer buchen und eingehen, schickt es Schütteln nach Ihrem Rücken, wie Sie in die 1990er Jahre eintreten. Der Ort ist so alt und runt nach unten ist es nicht lustig. Ich war hier in den späten 90er Jahren zu bleiben und fand es warm, komfortabel und sauber, Aber nichts konnte weiter von der Realität sein. Seitdem ist nichts von dieser Eigenschaft verbracht worden oder das ist, was es aussieht. Restaurant geschlossen wegen Covid? Denkt Covid Probleme Stoppen 12-18 mths vor. Reklamiertes Frühstück, keine solche Glück. Eigentümer empfahl, über die Straße zu gehen. Zimmer - Oh, Liebe! Ich weiß wirklich nicht, was anderes zu sagen als Keep Clear! Ich konnte nicht einmal einen Kaffee haben, weil sie keine Milch lieferten, versuchte, Rezeption und besuchte Rezeption, aber öffnet nicht bis 10am!!! Die gelieferten Handtücher sahen auch aus, als seien sie seit den 90er Jahren verwendet worden, da sie dünn, grob auf Ihre Haut und schraubend waren. Dies war sogar ein nasses Handtuch hinter der Tür. Dusche hatte nur genug Druck, um auszuschütteln & als jemand anderer ihre Wasser aus, Sie haben nur extra heißes Wasser nicht Druck. Groß, wenn Ihr Spülen Ihre Haare & Wasser wird heiß. Seifenhalter abgebrochen und auf dem Duscheboden liegen. Ich verstehe jetzt, warum die meisten anderen Motels entlang dieser ***** wurden reserviert & diese hatte genug von Ferien. Noch nie! Nur vernünftiger Punkt, das Bett war komfortabel.
