Absolutely stunning view ! We stayed at the ocean view and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The cabin was immaculately clean, spacious, and modern, with breathtaking views of the ocean from the private deck. We spent our days walking on the beach, The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor greenery. The location was perfect - just a short drive 10 minutes from the local shops and restaurants, but far enough away to feel secluded and peaceful. We can't wait to come back and stay again! Recently stayed here for one night for my husbands birthday. While the rooms are nicely appointed and have the basics. It’s not somewhere we would choose to stay again. We were in a downstairs room and constantly had children running across the ceiling in the room above us and along the path near our room, which gave us a very disturbed stay. The hotel wasn’t flexible with checking in time resulting in us having to wait in the car for two hours due to our travel arrangements. When we arrived and saw the expanse and facilities of the grounds we thought it would’ve been nice if we had the option to wait in the grounds for our room to be ready rather than to sit in the car at a park. We had breakfast included with our stay, but this was a very confusing experience as there was no one to check us off in the breakfast room or to tell us the procedures for breakfast. We had to go and find out this information ourselves after trying to talk to some other guests in the breakfast area to try and figure out what was happening. Staff were pleasant when interacting.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft in der Nähe der Bucht. Großer Kundenfokus. Wir waren spät eingecheckt und erhielten alle Informationen, die erforderlich waren, um Zugang zu Zimmern und Frontsicherheitsgate zu erhalten. Schlüssel zu Zimmern waren auch leicht zugänglich. Hatte ein Problem mit dem Heizgerät nicht im Haus bleiben und als ich mit dem Personal gesprochen wurde es ohne Schlamm befestigt. Er war für diese Zeit des Jahres ruhig, wie Sie erwarten, aber hatte schöne Einrichtungen und Kinderfreundliche Aktivitäten. Die Kabine war nett und teddig. Das Bett war komfortabel und ohne Lärm nach Dunkelheit. Nur mögliche Sache, wenn man sich beschweren wollte war die Decke fan hatte viel Staub und brauchte eine saubere sonst sehr gute Unterkunft. Ich würde als toller Ort empfehlen, mit Familien zu bleiben.

An Batemans Bay, einer selbstfahrenden Fahrt von der Küste von Sydney nach Melbourne, ist der Preis, den ich vielleicht bestellt habe, etwas teuer, aber die Umwelthygiene übertrifft meine Erwartungen. Es ist zwar ein bisschen wie ein Motel aber wirklich super sauber, die Rezeption ist sehr nett. Die Fish and Chips des Boatshed sind in der Stadt besonders lecker. Das Hotel ist eine Minute mit dem Auto vom Einkaufszentrum und etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Oh WOW!!! This beautiful accommodation is such a hidden gem... 1st I booked for my husband & myself, and due to circumstances we had to bring our daughter along... Alison was so accommodating, and made our 2 night stay extremely enjoyable... Alison was also so kind, and surprised us with an unexpected room upgrade on arrival... The room had everything we needed, it was clean & was so comfortable enjoying a coffee overlooking the water... It was a short stroll into BB along the esplanade... So beautiful... We will be telling all our family & friends about this gorgeous place & it's staff & hospitality were very much appreciated... Thank you again Alison... We will see you again for sure.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Apartment war sehr gepflegt und schön. Wir hatten ein Apartment ohne Küche, jedoch mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Empfehlenswert wäre noch Teller und Besteck zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool vor der Anlage und im hinteren Teil der Anlage findet man eine gemütliche Terasse und einen Steg zum Clyde River vor. Hier ist es besonders gemütlich. Auch die Lage ist sehr toll. Man erreicht den Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß. Die Wiese und die öffentlichen Elektrogriller kann man ebenfalls kostenlos benutzen. Meine Tochter und ich verbrachten hier eine Nacht. Ich mag dieses Anwesen wirklich und ich denke, es bekommt einige unfaire Kritik. Sie geben offensichtlich Geld für eine Renovierung aus und das braucht Zeit, die Leute scheinen zu vergessen, dass der Preis für eine Unterkunft relativ ist. Wir zahlten 130 Dollar für eine Nacht mit kontinentalem Frühstück und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem, was wir bekommen haben. Unsere Einheit war sauber und geräumig. Wir hatten im Erdgeschoss Meerblick und ich war sehr zufrieden. Sie haben schöne Chargenprodukte (Zitrone) und schöne saubere, weiche, weiße, flauschige Handtücher. Wir stiegen direkt aus, um die Straße zum Meer zu überqueren. Parkplatz vor der Tür mit guter Beleuchtung und einfachem Zugang, Die Lok ist großartig, da Sie bis zu zwei gute Fish and Chips-Läden und eine sehr kurze Fahrt zum CBD erreichen können. Das kontinentale Frühstück war ausreichend und es gibt die Möglichkeit, ein warmes Frühstück für 10 Dollar zu bekommen. Das Restaurant ist entspannt und blickt auf den Swimmingpool. Der Pool sieht wunderschön aus. Die Immobilie hat jede Menge Potenzial. Die Angestellten sind einladend und freundlich und Lucy und Bree machen einen super Job, damit sich jeder willkommen fühlt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

This hotel/motel is conveniently located; a short walk to a services club, and a shopping centre with supermarkets, shops and cafes. The closest beach, however, is some distance away. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. We had a good-sized room with a view over the water. Our bed had a firm, very comfortable mattress. Unfortunately, our stay of four nights was marred by a number of things. Access to our balcony was not easy, because both the glass door and the screen door were difficult to slide open. The screen door particularly kept jamming on the runners. I was assured by staff at Reception that 'maintenance' would be informed and would come the next day to fix the problem. 'Maintenance' never came. The chairs on the balcony were excruciatingly uncomfortable. At night, the room had inadequate lighting and ridiculously small bed-lamps set at a level that was useless for bedtime reading. The single bed had no bed-lamp at all. Not connected to anything, was a dated touch phone on one of the bedside tables. When needing to plug in our devices, we found a power-point in a cupboard (for the fridge and kettle) and one in the bathroom. Later, hidden behind a bedside table, we found another power-point. The remote control for the heating system was not working very well. The information-folder contained nothing but the wi-fi access number and a dinner menu for the restaurant of the hotel. While the hotel's signage advertises 'breakfast - lunch - dinner'; it turned out that breakfast was available only on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Our bathroom looked very tired: cracked floor tiles, dirty grouting, a very black corner at the bottom of the mirror. missing plug in the hand-basin (though this appeared the day before we left), no soap-dish in the shower, a single towel-rail that was much too short for three bath towels, two hooks that were impossible to for a short adult. The worst, though, was the glass door to the shower cubicle that was difficult to open and shut; it kept jamming; had to be strongly 'yanked' open. I'm afraid that the complimentary two bottles of water and two cans of Coke as a 'Welcome' did not make up for the poor impression left by all the 'minuses' outlined above.
