Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Meer, es gibt einen kleinen Pool, nicht viele Leute, es ist sehr bequem zu schwimmen ~ Zimmer können kochen, komplette Ausstattung, es ist gut, einen Spaziergang zum Meer zu machen. Aber es gibt keine Kreuzfahrten zur Moreton Island in der Stadt, und es hat aufgehört. Um Moreton Island zu erreichen, nehmen Sie ein Boot in die Stadt. Aber es gibt nur wenige Restaurants in der Stadt, nicht viele Fischrestaurants, große Balkone und guten Service.

Our 3rd time staying in this fabulous location, apartment with exemplary customer service at all times. Nothing too much trouble. Great celebration for my husband's milestone birthday. Close to great restaurants, beach, cafes, general shopping, supermarket. We loved it yet again and will be back. Apartment immaculate and well presented.

Große saubere, geräumige Wohnungen so nahe am Strand und Restaurants in Redcliffe mit schönen Sonnenuntergang ein zusätzlicher Bonus. Personal so freundlich - musste einmal aufgrund der schlechten Gesundheit meiner 90-jährigen Mutter -in-law abgesagt werden. Personal so hilfreich und sogar verbesserte uns, als wir zu einem der Penthouses kamen, die so speziell für uns alle war. Großer Ort. 2. Mal haben wir geblieben und werden definitiv zurückkehren. This is a great little gem tucked away in Redcliffe - the operator is super friendly and the lodgings are very clean and comfortable. A lovely shared deck overlooking the pool is a great way to end a long day. Continental breakfast includes - basic cereal and toast etc. was fine for us - but a cooked breakfast also seemed to be an option. The light breakfast was perfect for us, especially in the warmer weather. but there are plenty of options available. The operator is generous with her time and local advice but you will also have plenty of time to unwind.

Terrible! Do yourself a favour and do not stay here. The room I booked via their website was a ‘classic room with 1 king size bed’. For $250 per night. What I got was a room in the staff service corridor. It was excessively noisy with staff running past, noise from reception and the car park entry to the hotel. Staff arrive early in the morning to yell out loudly to each other outside your room. Housekeeping is right outside your door and this area is best described as a forgotten corner of a hotel not suitable for guests. Yet, they are using this as a guest room for $250 per night. I’d booked a 2 night stay and on the first morning I waited in reception for a long time for staff to show up. I asked to be moved to the guest area instead of the noisy staff area. The receptionist told me it was my fault because I’d selected a ground floor room with my online booking. She insinuated that I was poor and obviously not able to pay for a higher room and therefore deserved the noisy and staff corridor. I insisted on a change of room and left the hotel for the day’s activities. It took them many hours to get back to me to say it would an extra $60 to move to level one ‘but the room would be the same’, just on level one. I was out for the day so couldn’t view the area. I didn’t feel like $310 per night was viable so asked them to cancel the night and refund me. I’m still waiting for the refund. The most disappointing part of this is the attitude of the staff. They had no regard for my concerns and no ability to manage my complaint or request for a change of room. They just insisted it was my fault for selecting that room. Their website certainly does not describe it as a noisy staff corridor across from the housekeeping and reception hub. In addition, the room was musty and damp (obviously not used often). The pillows were dirty and one had someone’s else’s makeup marks on it. They had shoved an extra bed in the room, meaning there was no couch as per the online picture of the room I selected. This meant no bedside tables or access to PowerPoints. There was no privacy from the street. When you opened the curtain, the cars and people outside looked straight into seeing you in bed or getting dressed. The TV is ceiling mounted to damage your neck. The online photos showed a business desk for work which I needed. It didn’t exist either. I was prepared to overlook all of this, but the noise and staff movements outside the room was unacceptable. Avoid this hotel and their lack of care at all costs.

We stayed in Apartment 2121 recently. Being a ”Resort” we expected something nice but found we were staying in someones holiday rental. We weren't advised of this. The good things were location, size of the apartment and parking undercover (we had two cars). The down side, the apartment needed a deep clean, filthy vents in the laundry and bathroom, not clean under the beds and used tissues visible under the bed from the lounge, blanket had visible stains and not clean. The crockery was very poor quality and lacking eg no salad bowl, very cheap cutlery. The clothes dryer filter was barely attached. All of these issues I would have mentioned on check out but on a Sunday there is no-one there. The decor was so bad, no amount of mismatched cushions make up for mismatched cheap artwork and multiple colour schemes. I think if you are renting an apartment out there should be a certain standard and this one was lacking.

Liebe dieses Ortes, Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind immer so schön die Zimmer sind, dass von nahe zu einem 5-Sterne-Bewertung der einzige Grund, warum es nicht ein volles 5-Sterne ist der Pool ist klein und keine Fitnesseinrichtungen etc. aber Zimmer mit Spa in ihnen sind erstaunlich werden sicher zurück sein!!!

Saw on FB hotel bistro has been renovated & menu revamped soo decided to try it. Turned up with no booking on a Saturday night and it was busy. Outdoor area has nice seating and small area dedicated for children play (slide etc) and several families using it. Indoors bistro is clean, well spaced tables, warm welcome and waitress found us a table. Menu has lots of choices and price ranges. Order via QR code or at bar. I ordered via QR code which was easy to navigate & friend chose the bar option. We all had the roast dinner (seniors $17:90, non seniors $22:90), Coke Zero ($5:50), friend had different wines. Food arrived quickly, good portion and nicely presented. Meat was cooked well as were potatoes & pumpkin, other veg slightly over cooked but I prefer al a dente. Definitely will go back
