From the first steps in front door of hotel to reception area I felt welcome. This friendly welcoming professional attitude makes you feel like part of the hotel family quickly. My room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and the Dyptique products are tops. The observation lounge was comfortable and the drinks divine. Staff there is very capable. The spa pool and facilities excellent. I wanted to have the Sunday high tea and although the tearoom was full staff was able to arrange for me and my guests to enjoy it in the lounge. And it was perfect. Finally the ginger flower signature scent is relaxing and heightened my experience. I will always chose Langham first whenever I can.

I stayed at Crown Towers Perth in Sep 2022 and June 2023. I also stayed in Crown Towers Melbourne in Dec 2022. Thus, the next logical move is to stay in Crown Towers Sydney to complete my experience in staying at all 3 Crown Towers Hotel in Australia. I finally did that. Stayed at Crown Towers Sydney from 3 Nov to 8 Nov 2023. Today is 8 Nov 2023 and I will be checking out shortly. I stayed at an opera king room which has views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. The room was very well lit and nice. Just the appropriate size for a sole traveller. I also managed to try most of the restaurants in Crown Towers Sydney except Yoshii Omakase which is so hard to book and Silks. I did not managed to book Yoshii even when it opened for booking. Guess too many people booking. I tried Epicurean for breakfast, dinner at A’Mare, Nobu, Woodcut and Oncore by Clare Smyth. I did not try Silks since being an Asian Chinese, I normally do not eat Chinese food when I go holiday. Got to try other food instead. My favourite restaurant is undoubtedly Oncore where I ordered the 7 course seasonal tasting menu. Superb. Woodcut was also good where I ordered their sirloin steak. Nobu was also nice as it completed my tour of all 3 Nobu in Australia having previously eaten at Nobu Perth and Melbourne when I stayed at Crown Towers there. For Nobu , I ordered the X Haku Omakase which is 5 course. The star of the course was the lobster. Overall I have enjoyed my stay in here. As Sarah Brightman is coming to Sydney in Aug to Oct 2024, I have already booked my tickets to watch her performance at Sydney Opera House in Sep 2024 and also booked a 4 night stay at Crown Towers Sydney again. For the future, I do hope Crown Towers Sydney can have a Crystal Club for breakfast like what Perth and Melbourne has. Also, hope to see more shops/entertainment areas at Crown and also a provision/gift/snack shop here at Crown Towers Sydney.

I like old style hotel, the room is quiet, my bed is very comfortable😀. The only thing is need to climb to hotel as I am not driving I use public transport.

Gelegen in The Rocks, zu Fuß entfernt zum Kreisquay. Hier muss ein Berggeflügel sein, vor allem mit Gepäck. Einmal abgestürzt, erkunden Sie die schöne Rocks-Bereich. Ich habe den Zug zum Kreisquay gefangen, wo das Opera House und der Hafenbrücke ist. Dann gingen viele, viele Treppen hierher. Gut wert. Sehr modern, obwohl es über einen archäologischen Ort eines Teils der alten Rocks-Gebiet. Schön gemacht und erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber, obwohl teuer für ein Doppelzimmer. Aber ich hatte nichts daran, für die Lage und Reinigung zu bezahlen. Bad modern und sauber. Lockers für langfristige Miete zur Verfügung. Ich kann es nicht hoch genug bewerten Das Dach des Hostels!! ?? Absolut zweit bis keine. Perfekte Aussichten auf das Opera House, Brücke und Hafen

Wir waren so enttäuscht, wenn wir zum zweiten Mal hier waren, um zu sehen, dass unsere Premium Hafenansicht durch ein paar Schafflelung verdeckt war. Bei über 1000 Dollar pro Nacht würden wir erwarten, dass die Ansicht wie angekündigt wurde. Besonders angesichts der großen Ziehkarte für dieses Hotel. Das Personal des Front Desk war zu Hause und machte, was sie uns glücklich machen konnten, aber letztendlich waren wir wirklich enttäuscht, dass wir entweder nicht im Voraus angekündigt wurden, so dass wir unsere Termine ändern konnten, oder wir in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt. Wir wurden 150 Dollar pro Nacht in Hotelkredit für einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt angeboten (die wir für die vollständige Offenlegung akzeptiert haben), aber wir können nur wirklich davon profitieren, indem wir mehr Geld für einen anderen Aufenthalt im Hotel werfen, so dass es einen schlechten Geschmack im Mund verließ. Hoffentlich wird das Management in Zukunft die betroffenen Gäste informieren, so dass sie nicht die Enttäuschung, die wir gemacht haben. Oder sogar besser, veröffentlichen Sie dieses Zimmer nicht als Hafenansicht während die Arbeiten stattfinden. Wir hätten gerade ein Stadtansichtsraum für viel weniger reservieren können. Wir haben in der Vergangenheit hier geblieben und hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung, leider wurde es nicht auf unserem zweiten Besuch wiedergefunden!

It's convenient to the guests to reach sightseeing point.

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was a 1 bedroom apartment and very well appointed. I did have to ask for coffee and teabags to be replaced and that did not happen but I could have simply got some from reception if a big issue. There is no restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel but plenty of options outside or the kitchen could be used for making yourself

Schließen Sie sich an die Hafenbrücke und das Operhaus. Einfach zu Fuß zu gehen, um eine Sehenswürdigkeit zu haben. Darüber hinaus können Sie innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß eine Tram nehmen, um zu gehen, wo immer Sie wollen.
