we had a studio apartment and it was really lovely. spacious and everything you needed. Kitchenette was great and lovely and modern and light. we were on the third floor. the car park is the wilson carpark across the road and they have a floor for the Belconnen guests. its sign posted all the way down to the floor and colour coded i think it was green.but down there is a bit confusing as there are different lifts for different things. you have to use two different lifts to get into the hotel and to your room.it was a bit confusing at first but we were there 3 nights and it was a piece of cake after that. i really reccommend this hotel it has a resturant and teh bed was kingsize and so comfotable. we loved our stay there. .we were about 15mins drive into Canberra and we went in every day doing alll the touristy things like parliament house,the mint,the war museum and the science museum. the informatin centre was fantastic and has a museum attached to it also.we loved Canberra.

My reception by Naveen and Dorg was cheerful and helpful; they provided clear and good info regarding the hotel, parking, breakfast and meals in the adjoining Labour Club, etc. Our room on the top 9th floor had a good view towards the Lake Ginninderra, although another high rise had partially blocked the view. Our room was an end room, a more spacious upgrade offered to us by Naveen. It was very clean- every nook and cranny- compliments to housekeeping. It was also nice and bright, as was the bathroom. Decor is very modern and up to date. Bed was comfortable and we had good sleeps. The hot breakfast in the Club was of good quality and variety and good value. Parking on level3 and level4 of the carpark was easily accessible.

Als wir dort waren, war der Rezeptor absolut schrecklich (keine Kundenservice-Qualifikationen überall) und nicht für uns, sondern für andere auch. Als sie um Parkplatz gefragt wurde, sagte sie, es sei gerade über die Straße. Sie fragte sie, wie sie dorthin kommen solle, und sie gab uns ein gedrucktes Formular und sagte, dass es uns sagen sollte - keine Erklärung der Form der Richtung. Als ich die Anweisungen lesen wollte, war es sehr verwirrend und dauerte uns eine Weile. Wir wollten eine kostenlose Flasche Wein und einen Gutschein erhalten. Ich habe das nicht bekommen, ich musste die Rezeption anrufen, um sie zu beantragen und musste nach unten gehen, um sie zu holen. Ich kam zurück ins Zimmer und es gab 1 Weinglas. Ich gab auf und am nächsten Tag fragte mich um ein weiteres Weinglas. Sie sagte, sie würde es über Hauspflege ......it nie kommen. Am zweiten Tag mussten wir evakuieren, weil das Feueralarm ausging. Mein Mann hat einen Spaziergang und findet es sehr schwer zu bewegen. Aber wir haben es getan. Ich habe die Website, wo Sie gehen, um Evakuierung und es gibt niemand, um uns oder was, Ich finde, dass sehr arm, besonders in einem Hotel. Ich hatte vorher gebucht, um im April zurückzugehen, aber ich habe es schnell gelöscht. Schlimmstes Hotel, das ich jemals gewesen bin,

Sehr glücklich mit unserer Unterkunft. Wanderweite bis zum GIO-Stadion. 15-20 Min. Wandern. leichte Neigung, aber ehrlich gesagt war leichter als das Fahren Wir haben seitdem wieder einen größeren Platz für mehr Familien, die uns in ein paar Wochen beitreten. Bleiben für 2 Nächte, um die Macht Brumbies zu beobachten!

This was an exceptional and immersive experience, with highlights at every stage of the stay. The two-night stay in the unique giraffe room, where we could feed and watch giraffes from the balcony, and the front balcony where we could watch the Alpaca and deer created an extraordinary connection with nature. The room was comfortable, with nice furniture, an excellent bathroom, and a thoughtful Bluetooth sound system. The only minor downside was the lack of a proper coffee option, we will bring our own machine next time. The experience was elevated by thoughtful touches, starting with a delightful afternoon tea in a lodge reminiscent of Africa, followed by a guided zoo tour and then going to our room for giraffe feeding. The dinner experience was especially memorable, featuring a close-up view of lions feeding just behind the glass in the dining room, accompanied by a delicious five-star meal. We had a selection of canapés which were excellent, followed by the best steak we have had for a long time, and dessert, accompanied by very good wines. Breakfasts were equally impressive. We enjoyed the lovely ambiance of walking through the zoo, with friendly and welcoming staff rounding out the experience. This a must-do experience, and certainly the best thing we have done in Australia. We will be back again for sure.

Sehr interessante Erfahrung, nachts die Sterne beobachten, warm und gemütlich, man kann kochen, es gibt kleine Tiere, die Lämmer begleiten usw., es macht sehr viel Spaß. Das Wohnzimmer zum Kochen im Erdgeschoss und zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind ruhig und komfortabel. Der Besitzer ist ein Mann mittleren Alters und sehr Gentleman. Es ist sehr gut geeignet, Kinder mitzubringen.

Erst hier in ein paar Jahren bleiben, aber wir haben es schon vorher genutzt, da es immer billig und fröhlich und handvoll für die Stadt für Arbeit war. Diese Zeit, obwohl große Verbesserungen bemerkt. Haben alle Betten ersetzt, so haben jetzt 2 Königinnen in jedem Zimmer, das für uns günstig ist, wenn wir uns nieder arbeiten. Unser Zimmer hatte auch neue Teppiche und Möbel. Badezimmer ist immer noch unverändert, aber sauber und funktional. Neue Betten sind sehr komfortabel und die Doonas und Blätter scheinen auch neu, sehr gemütlich.

Schönes Zimmer und Aussicht. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn es 2 zusätzliche Einzelschlaflöcher im Zimmer anstelle von 1 Queen-Size-Quilt gab. Wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten. Es wäre besser, für die Küchenfläche ein separates Licht zu haben, anstatt die gesamte Fläche zu beleuchten, wenn nur die Küche benötigt wird. Die Kleider- und Kühlschranke waren für unsere Bedürfnisse geeignet, ebenso wie der TV-Service und die Rezeption. Wir haben nicht Frühstück gekauft, da der Preis für 2 Senioren etwas hoch ist. Vielleicht können wir das Essen teilen, wenn möglich.

This hotel has very much an 80s vibe, and the rooms do look like they have not been updated since it originally opened. But I found my room to be clean, the beds were comfortable, the aircon whisper quiet and there was no street noise so we had a great sleep. I really like this place. I especially love the atrium in the centre of the hotel and their use of plants. Lots of plants! It's a very interesting design. It's like being in a terrarium circus tent! I thought some of the trees must surely be fake, but no, it's quite amazing what they have achieved and just how big some of the trees are in there! I love the cosy and private lounge areas scattered through the plantings and water features. I love the look of the stair cases you can see from the centre and the use of wood against the light colour scheme throughout. You will find the hotel is relatively close to EPIC if you are there for an event, to Haig Park Markets, Braddon Eateries, bars and cafes, and the Canberra Centre. I found the reception and bar staff to be very lovely and helpful. Many thanks for a delightful stay.
