One of the worst cases of theft, bullying, abuse and intimidation that I have ever experienced as a hotel guest. And I travel often (and many motels would give me glowing testimonials). The owners effectively stole 900 dollars from me by accepting my 8 night reservation, then bullying me out as soon as they saw my face. I only stayed for 2 nights. They never offered a refund or apologized for their hateful, condescending speech and unprofessional conduct/bullying. My crime? Apparently I drove a little too fast out of the car park (yup - seriously - they threatened to kick me out because of this) and I complained about prolonged noise by gossiping staff. When I was exhausted from work and needed to rest, they knocked on my door, and physically intimidated me, speaking to me like a child and criminal (not like an adult and long-term customer). Some of the abhorrent things that they said to my face: ”You think that your 1200 dollars matters? We are fully booked out for this weekend. I gave you a discount for that room! (by the way, at 150 per night, there was no microwave and I didn't sleep well on the too-soft mattresses and pillows, so not good value anyway)” ”This is a motel. People will make noise. If other guests want to talk, they are allowed to! (I was referring to prolonged noise - and many good motels consider this a valid concern).” After they had intimidated me, the female owner said, tauntingly, ”Do I need to call someone for you?” Hey owners - if my 1200 dollars isn't worth anything to you because you are fully booked out all the time, why don't you give me my money back? Many hotels consider me an outstanding guest - I am quiet, mind my own business and am financially sound. Like I countered to them: ”Have I done *****? No. Have I done alcohol? No. Have I painted the room? No.” They threatened to kick me out because they are domineering, controlling personalities who don't like it when clients have a point and defend themselves. I strongly advise against pretty women staying here - and don't book a week-long stay here, because they'll just make up an imaginary crime, bully you into leaving and not give a refund. The behaviour of the owner makes me even more disgusted and ashamed of this country. Bullying and abuse is not right.

Die Zimmer sind Ihre typische Land-Pub-Stil. Die Betten sind komfortable die Zimmer sind groß. Geteilte Badezimmer aber so sicher, dass Sie Ihren Zimmer Schlüssel erinnern! Als ich dort war eine Karaoke und Geburtstag Funktion war, auf die auch die oberen Zimmer ziemlich laut gemacht. Aber es war ok. Meist fühlte ich den Bass, der mich schlafen ließ. Es kann schwierig sein, in das Hotel zu gehen, wenn sie die Türen schließen, manchmal müssen die Menschen zu schwimmen, um ins Hotel zu kommen.

Einer der besten Motels, die wir geblieben haben. Wir hatten ein Grundgeschoss Queen Zimmer, das absolut unspottbar, gut eingerichtet und mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett hatte. Alles funktionierte und unser Zimmer wurde täglich eingerichtet. Ursprünglich schauten wir auf andere Motel in Canberra selbst, aber entschieden wir auf Hamiltons basierend auf Preis, Bewertungen und der Nähe zur Stadt. Andere Motel waren teuer und einige sogar kostenfrei Parkplätze über Nacht. Obwohl dieses Motel auf einer Hauptstraße ist, haben wir den Verkehr nicht in der Nacht gehört. Hamiltons wäre unsere erste Wahl, wenn wir wieder die Region Canberra besuchen.

Absolutely fine for a quick overnight stay. Good location near the train station, pub across the street. A large Woolworths is nearby in case you need supplies. Check I was done via electronic panel next to the front entrance. The reception was closed so cannot comment on the staff. Room it's self was worn but perfectly fine. Although the floor creaked loudly. Kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate supplied. Along with some biscuits. Rooms on the upper floor had patio furniture out front of the rooms. The bathroom though had some dirt in the shower floor and tiles. A large crack running down the wall reflection of the age of the motel. Plenty of very hot water though with good water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Above the sink there were 3 plastic bottles which I could only read one of labels so had no idea what 2 of them contained. They also had some weird sort of lids /pumps that made them difficult to open. Received a good nightly rate of just under $100 which was very good especially as it was a long weekend. All in all a perfectly adequate little motel good for a night or two while on a trip but wouldn't recommend as a base for an extended stay. Pets unfortunately are not allowed .

The room was fresh and clean with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Staff member was friendly and accommodating ensuring that I had everything I needed including extra milk, coffee, and tea. As an aged traveller the ground floor room was easily accessible. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was easily operated for comfort. Cost of stay was reasonable. I would recommend a stay here. Even though there is no restaurant attached everything is supplied to enable heating and serving of food. The area is very quiet with little or no traffic noise

Gut für, außergewöhnlich sauber und großartig für Geld. Dieses Budget Motel war überraschend gut mit freundlichem Personal und großartigen Einrichtungen. Eine gute, kostengünstige Alternative zu preiswerter Unterkunft über die Grenze, wenn Sie Canberra besuchen, aber nur wenige Minuten Fahrt entfernt.

Das war ein Best Western und war ziemlich gut - nicht mehr.. Restaurant war es, das Frühstück zu bieten - nicht mehr. Ich saß auf dem Schlafsofa (die so aussehen sah, als ob etwas aus dem Spitzen geholt wurde, mit flachigen Nachahmungen, die an meinen Hosen gehängt und einige auf etwas anderes übertragen wurde, auf dem ich saß). Keine Mikrowelle, keine Schnittstelle außer einem Teelöffel, 2 Schüsseln, ein Weinglas. Dann ein ständig offenes Fenster im Anschluss und ziemlich eine kleine Dusche. Es ist wirklich schade, da das hier mein Lieblings-Business-Motel über Nacht in der Region war und ich hoffe, dass ein anderer die Lücke füllen wird.

Dieser kleine Ort ist ein bisschen von einem versteckten Geschirr. Es ist mehr von einer Budget-Stil Unterkunft, aber die Villas sind so wunderschön, und wurden frisch in vibranten Farben gemalt. Zimmer war gut für 3 Personen für eine Nacht. Nicht viel Raum zu bewegen im Badezimmer und kämpfte um sich ändern und finden ein wenig Privatsphäre zu tun. Klimaanlage, selbstgemäß und komfortabel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
