Das Hotel liegt etwa 3 km vom Flughafen entfernt, es ist bequem zu erreichen, das Hotelzimmer ist ein unabhängiges Einschichthaus, es gibt einen Doppelzimmer-Zimmertyp, die Tür des Hauses hat einen Parkplatz. Die Hausart ist kompakt, die grundlegenden Funktionen erfüllt, geeignet für den Morgenflugplan, den Tag nach dem Abend vorübergehend zu verbringen, um Freunde, die den Meerstraßen selbst fahren, relativ praktiziert. Wenig warnend: Freunde, die über die Arbeitszeit des Hotels hinaus verbleiben, müssen sich an das Hotel melden. Die andere Seite wird sich selbst helfen, sich selbst zu versorgen, um den Parkplatz und die Wohnstätte des Stadtteils zu bekommen.

Hotel service is excellent. They let us check in early as soon as they have the family room ready and helped us with our bags to the room. Hotel also provides shuttle van to Melbourne airport. I forgot my mobile phone upon check out and they helped to post to me. Very happy with their service!

Wir haben am nächsten Morgen eine Reservierung für den Transfer zum Flughafen gemacht und das Fahrzeug hat im Voraus auf uns gewartet?

Die positiven waren die Hotelpersonal, die sehr freundlich und aufmerksam waren, und der bequeme kostenlose Bus zum und vom Flughafen. Die Lage selbst ist eine ideale Entfernung vom Flughafen, aber es ist ziemlich alt, mit langen, unattraktiven Hallen von alten roten Brick, die von Zigaretten und Muschel geräuchert. Die Gemeindegebiete waren extrem begrenzt, als ob ein Nachdenken, und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass jemand sie tatsächlich nutzt, so dass sie wahrscheinlich nur für Shows, aber es sieht nicht einladend aus. Die Aussicht von der Rückseite des Hotels sah durch einige niedrige Bäume auf ein Schmutzfeld aus, das für ein 3-star Hotel fair genug ist, aber es scheint eine große Menge (Bewahrung?) Hunde in einem gehängten Bereich auf diesem Grundstück nur 40 Meter entfernt zu halten von dem Hotel, und sie schütteln ständig, Tag und Nacht, mit Spitzen von extrem erregtem Schütteln, die bemerkenswert laut und schwer zu ignorieren. Im Garten des Hotels war ein altes Paar schmutziger Shorts, direkt unter den Balkonen und der Baumlinie, was ein bisschen aus der Mitte zu sehen war. Es gibt nicht viel um das Hotel in Fußabstand, einschließlich des öffentlichen Verkehrs, so erwarten Sie, dass Sie Taxi oder Uber verwenden, es sei denn, Sie wollen weite Strecken zu Fuß. Im Allgemeinen war das Hotel für einen Übernachtungsurlaub bedienbar. Ich empfehle jedoch nicht, hier für mehr als einen Übernachtungsurlaub zu bleiben. Es war nicht eine komfortable oder angenehme Erfahrung, und am besten nur für Budget-Übernachtungen genutzt. Das Alter des Hotels ist in seinem gekrampften und gedatierten Design sehr deutlich.

Ich ging nach der Lage, aber wenn die Lage perfekt war, so war der Service, und das Zimmer war sehr ziemlich, dunkel, perfekt schlafen, und sehr sauber. Ich war wirklich sehr beeindruckt von dem, was für mich nach der Lage, die am besten ist, war sekundär! Ich werde sicherlich überlegen, das Hotel an alle zu rücken und zu verkaufen.

Ich habe kürzlich im Holiday Inn Melbourne unterwegs nach Albury geblieben. Der Aufenthalt war durchschnittlich insgesamt komfortable genug für einen kurzen Besuch, aber nichts besonders erschien. Die Lage war für meine Reisepläne angemessen, und das Zimmer gab die wesentlichen für eine Nachtruhe. Während es seinen Zweck als Stopp diente, gibt es Raum für Verbesserungen in Bezug auf Atmosphäre und Ausstattung, um die Erfahrung erinnerebarer zu machen. Es ist eine anständige Option für einen schnellen Aufenthalt, wenn Sie gerade durch.

Arriving Melbourne late at night and have a morning flight the next day. Chose Parkroyal given its price and super convenient location: just walk pass the footbridge at 2/F of the terminals and take the hotel lift at the carpark to reach the reception floor. Room is big and clean, water is hot enoguh and with a bath tub, sadly it was too late I haven’t used it.  The service was good too that they have totally no problem at all for me to store the big luggage for 5 days as I will be flying to Tasmania for few days trip with a small luggage.  Just don’t like about the pillow which are too soft. But the rest, perfect!!

The location and free shuttle services 24/7 to and from the airport is definitely a plus point. Room was big enough and clean for 1 person stay... The soap and shampoo and body lotion provided had a really nice and invigorating smell. Only bad point was my room didn't have toiletries... there were no toothbrush or comb... I called the reception and they said I had to go down to reception to collect it. That was the only inconvenient part. Otherwise excellent place to stop by esp for a layover with odd flying times!

We booked this new hotel out of curiosity and trust of large brand, but quite disappointed The hotel located at an area outside t4, next to the big parking building/bus terminal, but there are no/minimum signage/directions leading to the hotel, while only one arrow at the bus terminal pointing at the big building with the large novotel logo, making everyone thinks that we can access the hotel through the well lighted bus terminal with ease, but sadly there is no crossing facilities between the terminal and hotel, you will need to lift your luggages, jaywalking through two car lane and climbing up the lane islands if you dont want to walk back 200m for the unnoticeable correct route; in fact the only route leading to the hotel from the airport is the side walk OPPOSITE to the big arrow with poor lightings and no signage at all. As a tourist with heavy luggage, thanks for offering the chance to weight lifting. When we arrived and reflect the problem, concierge said they also received similar complains. So nothing has been done to correct the nonsense and good luck to all the up coming visitors. The room is decent to be honest and with a clear view facing the car park building we mentioned earlier, no much to see yet no problem for us too. Bed is soft and comfortable allowing us to have some good rest. However, theres an empty black bottle in the rubbish bin i believed to be the leftover from the last guest, hope the housekeeper can have a closer look in the future. Some facilities have great designs that i would like to greet the designer/procurement and admire their mastermind for installing those equipment and challenge the wisdom of humankind. For instance: the anti-intuitive shower switch for change to top shower or handheld shower head, it is semi cylinder disguised as part of wall mount of the top shower, which is about 1.9m - 2m from the ground, for those who cant find the switch and not tall enough will have to stick with what was preset. Second, the hot water dispenser at the breakfast bar, you can simply press the two buttons on top and nothing would happen, turns out there is an extra sensor you need to block with your thumb and use another finger to press the buttons on top, this can encourage guests to give up on the hot water if no one is around to ask. The breakfast is the most disappointing part, frankly all quality are high standard but the choices are few and basic, simply bacons/ eggs/ veges/ salad/ hams (well the mushrooms are very impressive though), there is also a honey hive (with a rectangular frame) but mostly empty at the middle (at the time of 7am) where the side are hard to spoon out, ppl try very hard but the loose stands make it even harder to spoon out, the frame eventually collapse and guest gave up to take the hive. No staff notice/try to fix the collapsed honey hive/ change to a new one during my whole breakfast ( around half an hour) and remain the same when we left. The pancakes supposed to be eat with the honey are dry and inedible imo too. The price for the hotel is not cheap comparing to the nearing but the standard does not meet up with the price, facilities are new and thats the only advantage on the table. PS: the hotel offer free shuttle to the terminals too, try to mention and book for your shuttle as there are only 3-4 seats if everyone have large luggages, otherwise the concierge will be surprised you did not ask for this hidden service with no mentioning during check in and no timetable ever provided when you check with them in the morning.
