A typically good standard Premier Inn, the rooms are fabulous, spacious and well appointed and the adjacent Beefeater restaurant - which i gather is part of the equity company that owns premier inn etc - was fantastic. The quality of food and service at this Beefeater restaurant is extremely good and well worth paying Premier inn for a meal deal, for the money, it's bang on. If i had to be critical - the lady on reception as I left 10/01/25 08:30 ... really would it be too much trouble for a smile and a good morning, or hey was everything alright thanks for coming, not just sit there like a dummy and ignore good customers! Otherwise all good. I've worked in a customer facing front of the shop role for over 40 years so I know what i'm on about. Would it hurt to give a smile and a thank you how are you.!!

Room dated, paint peeling around door frames, no glasses in bathroom, no telephone had to go to reception for everything on one chair when room can sleep 3 shouldn't have to sit on a bed only 1 small and 1 large towel when booking was for 2 people again would need to go to reception to collect also after travelling hundreds of miles if you arrive before 3pm you have to pay £10 if you dont pay you either stay in the car or go to the beefeater, again unacceptable if they want to have guests return

I have stayed in several Premier Inns, most are usually quite good. This Wolverhampton North Premier Inn would be the worst one I have ever stayed in! The walls were so thin I can hear footsteps all day and night from the corridor and room above. There was only one towel in a triple room. The sink tap was constantly on hot, cannot turn cold. A hazard for children!

We had to wait well over an hour for food in the restaurant however Yvonne was amazing. She kept us up to date with the problems. She was so friendly and helpful always smiling. So cheery again at breakfast and she knew we had a 5 hour journey home and gave us a bag to take some pastries with us. We stay in lots of premier inns on our travels and Yvonne is definitely the loveliest lady we've met. Thank you Yvonne xx

Always welcomed with a smile by the very friendly staff. Great rooms, always clean. Nothing is too much for the great team at hotel who constantly strive to make my stay pleasant while working away from home week after week. Can’t praise the team highly enough. Thank you so much.

Hotel is in a great location and very central for Wolverhampton City , friendly and welcoming staff, good parking facilities, extremely comfortable rooms with good facilities, breakfast choices very good, very close to the venue we had chosen for evening dinner with family

Most comfy bed that I've ever stayed in had the best night sleep. Hotel was lovely and quiet.... staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great value for money too. I will definitely come and visit again soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
