"Das Hotel schien mir kürzlich renoviert. Die Haupt-Frühstücksmöbel sah nett und sauber aus. Das Front-Desk-Personal war sehr effizient und freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einem Sektions Sofa und zwei Queen-Bett. Ein Innenpool sieht klein aus, gut für die Familie. Frühstück typisch kontinentaler Buffetstil. Unterschrift machte Ihre eigene Waffel vom Comfort Suite/ Inn Hotel. Insgesamt war ein toller Aufenthalt."

"The first room I checked into wasn't cleaned. The second room had annoying air conditioning, and the bedding had bloodstains. The front desk only changed rooms without even offering an apology. There was no room service the next day, and they refused to serve me in the same room, claiming there were no room service staff available. Only the third room was properly maintained. After complaining, they said parking would be waived. If they hadn't checked at checkout, they would have charged me for two days. I sincerely advise every traveler to avoid this hotel. I've never stayed in a hotel with such terrible management. If I were on Ctrip, I would have immediately removed this hotel from my bookings."

"The staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay."
