MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash

Excellent room.little kitchen..very clean with comfortable bed and pillows..very dog friendly...the nicest staff ever!..friendly and very helpful..close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!!

The place is clean and comfortable. We stayed on the first floor and look forward to returning next time we are in Cincinnati. Everything is convenient and there were plenty of outlets. It is a short drive from the freeway but worth the extra 5 minutes.

Native Cincinnatians, we are seniors, visiting from Arizona & found this Choice Hotel lodging to be unusual in that they charged us "up front," had no pool & operated a little differently. Breakfast was a cold, carb-filled, "Grab & Go," which offered nothing we could eat. THAT being said, it was a great "find" for US! Our son recently moved into a house less than two miles from this Main Stay and we prefer not to invade their privacy and interrupt their routine. Though furnishings were somewhat tired & dated, it was clean, the staff was AWESOME (especially Natalie... SO friendly & sweet), the bedroom (with a very comfortable bed) could be closed off with a door & had its own TV. There was a kitchenette (two-burner stovetop, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher & microwave). The bathroom was well-lit, roomy & the hot water ran quickly in spite of our being in a far end suite which, happily was near an entry/exit door with convenient parking right outside. The guest laundry & fitness room were both open & available 24 hours. This facility is located in a well-maintained, business area near several other, popular, well-known motels. The rates were very reasonable (even with Memorial Day weekend involved) & we felt like we had our own little apartment close to EVERYTHING... especially our kids & grandson. There was an extra $15 a day in various taxes & fees going to every branch of local government.(The "occupancy fee" was perhaps my favorite.) We were required to trade out linen at the front desk but maid service could be requested with more than a week's stay. Also, we received nothing but an email, survey opportunity (actually during our stay); no "review" opportunity. I had to search through their website to find a way to give a review. Their survey format was black print on a blue background which was almost unreadable, suggesting they may hope no one would put in the effort to complete it or they employ very unsavvy tech handlers. We would stay here again as it suited our purpose but as Choice members, this facility is definitely not up to what we consider to be Choice quality.

I booked a room three months in advance. I also paid for it at time of booking. They canceled my room and only gave me about a one hour notice before check in. I was here for a busy weekend and there were no rooms to be found. Im sure that is why they canceled my room so they could charge someone else more. I was going with family so I had to squeeze in with them. The hotel is ok. It is old and dated. The couch had stains. The bathtub and floors were dirty.

I had a problem with a reservation I had booked online with Reservation.com. After calling the company and not getting the issue resolved, I called the hotel directly. I spoke with Ben, explained my problem, and he was able to resolve the issue in a friendly and professional manner. Thank you Ben for all your help. I will definitely be booking another reservation to stay at the hotel.

Ho deciso di prenotare qui per ben 11 notti, e sono venuto a trovare la mia fidanzata dall'Italia, fin negli Stati Uniti, il posto sembra davvero bellissimo, ma questo non posso dirlo con certezza perché per un volo cancellato, nonostante io abbia avvisato, mi è stata cancellata la prenotazione. Ora sono in un hotel temporaneo per aspettare il volo rimandato a domani, e sto piangendo nel bagno da solo perché appena arriverò in Ohio da Newark, non avrò un posto dove stare, perché per qualche motivo non hanno saputo aspettare. Avrei letteralmente anche pagato la notte persa, quindi non solo mi hanno cancellato un volo, ma ora anche l'hotel. Se non siete del posto EVITATE questo hotel come la peste, accoglienza ZERO.
