Needed a place to stay overnight that accepted pets overnight while traveling. Was nervous about booking here because of overall rating was low, but reviews were mostly positive. I am so glad we did!! This was BY FAR one of the absolute nicest rooms we have stayed in at a motel. Everything was clean (very), in working order, and stocked. We had a non smoking pet room with 2 double beds and it had a great set up, was spacious, and even had a couch! Oh, no bad odors at all, which is hard to come by at many motels. Plus a continental breakfast that included hot waffles and other options. Check in was quick and easy. We couldn't find it online beforehand, but the pet fee was $20 just FYI, which was worth it, and still overall price cheaper than surrounding motels. Would definitely stay again, and hope to!!

Gestern Abend auf meinem Fahrrad zu Hause gestoppt. Die Jungs am Frontdesk waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war großartig! Es war nett und sauber und die Blätter und Handtücher waren extra weich. Im Vergleich zu den Orten, die ich vor kurzem geblieben habe. Es war so nett, dass ich heute Morgen nicht verlassen wollte. Ich würde diese Lage an jeden, der fragte, empfehlen.

Er begann in einem Zimmer, das schwarzte Betten, schwarzte Wände, Bad-Fan machte einen schrecklichen Lärm und riechte wie es brennt, geschmackhafte Stühle, Teppich scharf entlang der Kanten, und Gräfin über großes Vorderfenster fiel aus dem Deckel. Geschaltet in ein anderes Zimmer. Peeling Wandpapier im Badezimmer, Untermount-Duck nicht einmal an den Cover, verfärbt Bett und Möbel, nur Ausgang durch das Bett für das Laden Ihres Telefons war hinter dem Bett und der Ausgang war aus der Wand fallen, der Klimaanlage hatte keine Gesicht auf sie, so dass Sie nicht wussten, wie die Tasten zu programmieren, aber es war nichts, weil es nicht einmal funktioniert. Und der Sicherheitsschließfach wurde auf der Tür gebockt. Es war eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Beide Zimmer hatten einen schrecklichen Geruch. Die Seitenwand und der Balkon waren gebrochen, geschnitten und fallen - definitiv ein schrittweises Risiko. Und die Betten hatten Plastikmatratzen unter den Blättern, was sie noch warmer und unbehaglicher ohne Klimaanlage machte. Wir hätten verlassen, aber mein Hubby schlief und es war schon um 1:30 Uhr.

Stayed here for one night a second time simply because, just like last time, I happened to be near this exit on the interstate when I decided to stop for the night. When I used my search engine for vacancies this night, I found this place was actually just a little less than a nearby Econolodge -- the latter chain known more for economy than quality. I had found good value at this Quality Inn the previous time I stayed here, so I decided to stay a second time. It was a good decision. Our room had a full bath (but no drain plug), phone, AC, fridge, microwave, in-room safe, desk, couch, iron & board, hair dryer, clock-radio, coffee-maker, and TV with over 100 channels. It was clean, quiet, and fairly well-maintained. Free amenities included parking, wifi, hot breakfast, and outdoor pool. Staff was polite & professional. Like almost chain lodging right on the interstate, this motel is long on value but short on warmth & charm. If you just need a place to stay for a night or two, this will meet your needs quite nicely.

This is a pretty good Fairfield Inn but we found maintenance issues. Check-in was quick and the ladies at the desk were lovely. If they were supposed to acknowledge me as a Marriott Bonvoy member, they were remiss. We were placed in a room where the heater said it was 60 degrees but the temperature in the room seemed to be 85 and could not be regulated. So, I contacted the front desk and they sent a maintenance person who could not do anything. We were moved to another room where the opposite situation existed. The thermostat was set to the 70s but the room felt like 65 degrees. I kept moving the thermostat higher but the temperature in the room did not reach the 70s until late at night. By that time we were exhausted and too tired to be moved again. Also, the television set did not seem to work on some channels. I mentioned these problems to the front desk upon check-out. Both rooms were clean, the breakfast was the usual fare at a Fairfield Inn and if the price were right, I would return.

Stopped here for the night during a long road trip. The hotel is very convenient off 81. I I booked on line about an hour before arriving. The lobby is very welcoming. Front desk was fantastic. He was friendly, alert and attentive which was great at 11pm. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very small but it was perfect for us to eat quickly and get back on the road. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive and the morning front desk staff was friendly as well. Great experience for a quick in and out.
