Beware be-very-aware!!!! ****Read the reviews***** SUGGESTION if SAMBOMAMBO hasn't learned anything by now after reading all these horrible reviews... "FIRE THE WOMAN MANAGER!!!" This place is a complete rip off, they are robbing their customers of a pleasant experience, and overcharging clients without their permission. I left with a knot in my stomach and a sour taste in my mouth. First, I'm going to start with the extremely poor customer service on part of the woman in charge. She is completely destroying the place, as she is not communicating with the customers, she is not communicating with her employees,and she is absolutely dishonoring customer satisfaction. Her wait staff are doing upcharges to the customers accounts without their permission. When ordering items from the menu, we were told there was an item unavailable after we already ordered it, when we attempted to make an adjustment the waiter informed us that we could not as a similar item was already being fired in the kitchen without our approval. The waiter informed us that we could speak with the woman in charge, she just completely brushed us off and did not hear what we had to say, she advised No changes at this point . I've worked in the restaurant industry for a long time of my young life and working with computers you can delete/modify orders especially when there is an inconvenience or discrepancy with an item availability. This woman that's in charge doesn't want to hear what you or her employees have to say, when honest issues are brought up. Unfortunately, in her establishment, her customers pay the ultimate price. See for yourself I've attached the menu, prices are through the roof, the portions of food don't match the price value of the food,food availability isn't established and similar items are fired in the kitchen without customer permission. You will either end up leaving hungry, requesting more, or leave extremely upset because as a customer your issues weren't addressed or handled appropriately as you were left reaping the consequences of poor management. She could care less about making changes and more positive experiences for her customers. Good luck, take this as a warning and your feast elsewhere. And as a small business owner I would never treat or handle my customers and employees this way. Honestly, this whole experience during Valentine's Day or any day for that matter makes me so angry inside, this woman can do so much more to make her customers happy, wth is she in business for.
