PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE EVEN IF ITS THE LAST OPTION. I don’t think I’ve been this disappointed in a property and this disgusted by the management. We unfortunately booked this place for 3 nights seeing the ratings and reviews and after speaking to their manager who assured us that the stay would be worth it. We booked 2 rooms @ 10k per room per night. From the moment we entered the property, we faced issues and they kept getting worse till the very end. The property is nice and has a huge lawn and nice pool. Food is good. It’s the manager John and service that are terrible. 1. We were given a room that we didn’t book - we were told even if we didn’t like it, there’s no option but to adjust at least for a day. As if changing rooms on a vacation even after 1 day is some joy ride. Moreover when the booking was already made - why was it not honoured? 2. 1 room had a dirty bedsheet and other had a torn bedsheet. The staff refused to change the sheets saying they don’t have stock. Excuse me what????? 3. We asked for extra bottles of water, we were told that’s not possible since there’s no stock of bottles. It took them 40 mins to refill our water bottles. Some kind of a joke???????? 4. Asked for serving spoons to serve dal, were told not possible because no stock of serving spoons and that we’ve been given eating spoons. You see a pattern? 5. We had specifically checked about WiFi before making the booking and were told it is excellent. Throughout our stay Wifi did not work. On making complaints, we were told “what can I do”, “if you have an iPhone that’s the problem because iPhone is getting WiFi problem”. Ofcourse nothing is their problem to solve, it’s all the guest’s problem. 6. We went with our pets. We requested for our dining arrangement (which was paid for btw) to be made outside the restaurant since we didn’t want to take our pets inside the restaurant where others may be uncomfortable with their presence. We were told that’s not possible because “if we do it for you, we will have to do it for everyone”. This was followed by “why can’t 1 person wait in the room with pets” and “why don’t you leave your pets inside the room alone”. At this point, I lost it and after a lot of back and forth and screaming at them, they setup our table in the gazebo which was far from the restraint making it extremely inconvenient for us to eat. 7. Their buildings all leak making the staircases that are needed to access the rooms - very slippery. There’s no cleaning done to remove water. No rubber mats. My family member fell and the resort had no ice or first aid. When asked to arrange it, they did nothing for 1 hour and then when we checked 1 hour later, we learnt that the person who had received our request earlier has left for the day and the next person on duty is unaware of medical assistance request! 8. Manager refused to come to talk when asked to. 9. At the time of checkout, when I complained t the manager - he misbehaved with me. He yelled at

This place is run by frauds and they provide the worst customer experience. I found this place through Google search and booked 2 Skyview rooms through the resort’s website for a family holiday. The pics looked great and I was really looking forward to stay there. At the time of booking, the website didn’t ask for payment and had the option to pay at the resort. I opted for the same. I got a confirmation email shortly afterwards with valid booking voucher. 2 days before our travel, got a reminder email with another booking confirmation about the travel. I thought everything was legit. The resort didn’t call us once or asked for part/full payment for which I was completely ready. We reached at the resort on the designated date during check in time. We were a family of 6 with small kids and we travelled around 350 kms to reach the place. It had started raining a bit as well by the time we reached. As we went inside for check-in, the receptionist started asking “what booking”, where did you book, we don’t have any information, you didn’t call us, you didn’t pay. I told them about the entire sequence of events, showed the booking vouchers on my email. They kept on asking for more proofs but denied that they were at fault or there was any deficiency of service from their end. They washed their hands off saying we don’t have any information. If your website doesn’t work, why are you not taking it down? And why nobody is monitoring it. Why do you not call the customer and confirm when it is your job not the other way around. Lot of arguments and requests. Imagine travelling so far with tired family members and hungry kids and one kid with special abilities. These people turned us down and told us to look for alternative accommodation. They offered 1 small room and told if we could adjust just to save a bad review. As it is peak season, there was no proper availability anywhere and we had to move around a lot across the town in the rain before we could get a decent place to spend the night. The resort offered no apologies, no offer to compensate, no goodwill gesture. I believe they had given the rooms to other parties at much higher prices taking advantage of the peak season and denied any responsibility here. I would not recommend it to any traveller. Strictly stay away, there are much better places with far better hospitality in Chikmagaluru. Even the place we booked last minute was very very hospitable and they helped us in every way possible.

My family and I had booked rooms at Bindiga Peak Resorts property weeks in advance. Booking was confirmed, payment was done, and we arrived after a long drive expecting a smooth check-in. A few hours before arrival, we got a strange call saying there was an “issue with room availability.” When we finally reached the hotel, we were told there were no rooms available and that we should “speak to the booking platform” for a refund. That was it. No alternate accommodation. No attempt to help. No accountability. What surprised me most was the behavior of the manager, John. Instead of resolving the situation, he seemed more interested in distancing the hotel from the booking and repeatedly blamed the travel platform. As a paying guest standing at the reception with family and luggage, it was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. After reading through reviews later, I found multiple guests mentioning last-minute room cancellations, overbookings, and denied check-ins. It makes me wonder whether this is an operational issue or a recurring business practice. Just sharing this as a heads-up for fellow travelers. If you’re planning a family trip and don’t want to risk scrambling for accommodation at the last minute, you may want to think twice before booking this property.

The view they show in photo is not form any of the rooms. Actual view is shared here. Staff does not care for anything.. rooms did not have towels, soaps and in the name of extra bed they put a mattress on the floor. Food is very unhygienic.

Hi All, this is to bring to your notice that we have booked the hotel and when we went, they given a dirty room with 4 beds to live with our parents. Mr. Manoj was rude and the receptionist didnt help us to relove the issue. Some how we booked another Hotel called Honey Dazz and stayed with our old parents. Still my money 36000 is with the hotel nad make my trip. They have not refunded my money . Daily they are passing the ball . due their immature behaviour and poor service we haven't checked in. Please dont stay here.

This resort is full promises: • 4-Star Rating – Feels like a 3-star at best. • No Bar – They just buy alcohol from outside and deliver it after 3 hours. • No Gym – Listed, but doesn’t exist. • Language Issues – Staff insisted on speaking only Hindi, no basic English. • Poor Restaurant Service – Kitchen mostly closed, late meal timings. • Fake Menu – Advertises multiple dishes but only serves chicken. Not worth the hype. Avoid if you expect a proper 4-star experience.
