I recently stayed at Siri Nature Roosts with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. We specifically chose this resort for its unique features, including a jacuzzi, which is essential for my son's relaxation and enjoyment. However, upon our arrival at 3 PM, we discovered that the jacuzzi in our room was not functioning. Despite numerous calls to the reception, the issue was neither resolved nor were we offered an alternative room with a working jacuzzi. Maintenance personnel frequently entered our room to check the jacuzzi, significantly invading our privacy and disrupting our peace until 11:30 PM, yet the problem remained unresolved. Additionally, we faced significant inconvenience due to the lack of hot water in the shower, a basic amenity expected in any standard accommodation. The resort’s Wi-Fi was also non-functional, forcing me to cancel important work-related calls and meetings. Despite calling twice to address this issue, there was no resolution. Moreover, the lack of a proper buggy service and having to use an old, malfunctioning car for transportation within the resort added to our inconvenience. The car was in a deplorable state, making it a discomforting experience every time we needed to move around the property. We had high expectations for our stay, especially considering the time and effort we spent traveling from Bangalore to this resort, only to be met with continuous problems. This resulted in immense frustration and a significant loss of what was supposed to be a pleasant and relaxing vacation. I hope the management can address these issues promptly to prevent other guests from experiencing similar frustrations.

Property location is at good and quiet place having partially surrounded greenery view. They serve only vegetarian. The food quality and taste was good and fresh prepared. The restaurant is at 4th floor with good view of bit skyline. The staff were professional and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. The room phone wasn't working.

The property is good, lots of greenery, and coffee plantation. The facilities are nice and the folks at the restaurant really take care of you. Folks like gagan, wilfred, anil and abhisek are brilliant. The in-room dining in not that good, we never got water when we asked for it before heading to bed. We had to ask again in the morning. The people at spa are just not good enough for this sort of property. They said they were busy a particular day and we could just walk in next day. When we said we could take an appointment they say just walk in next day and when you walk in next day they say they are busy again and do not have time. That was being rude.

Das Essen war atemberaubend und der Restaurantservice war wirklich großartig. Die einzige Nachteil war untrained und schmutziges Management. Es gab keine Anzeigen für die Richtungen im Gebäude, weder die Mitarbeiter waren gezwungen, die Gäste zu begleiten/guidieren. Auch wurde kein Willkommensgetränk serviert und während der Eincheckung wurde auch keine Information über das Zimmer und das Resort Einrichtungen gemacht. Der Umschalter für den Betrieb des Jacuzzi war außerhalb des Badezimmers, aber es war nicht auf dem Umschalter oder irgendwo im Badezimmer markiert. Die Infrastruktur ist klassisch mit massiven Zimmergrößen und schönen Innenräumen, aber untrainierte Gastfreundschaftspersonal ist ein Problem. Sie haben nicht einmal informiert das Restaurant, dass unsere Buchung ein Komplimentar Abendessen umfasst, obwohl wir die Buchung einen Monat vorher gemacht. Wir haben eine große Vielfalt an Geschmackfutter, aber das Management ist unprofessionell. Ich bewerte meinen Aufenthalt 4 Sterne.
