We are a group that stayed there for a night before a game. We had 11 rooms, about half on the 3rd floor. When we checked in, we were not made aware of any of the issues that was going on. For weather reasons, the roofing got pushed to the time we stayed there. At 8:30am, it was absurdly loud. Constant banging making it impossible to sleep. I asked the front desk person to call the general manager. Her response was that because we had a discount rate, she couldn’t do anything. The whole floor should not have been made available. No accountability. No empathy. Nothing but a “well it is not my fault” attitude. Add to that, there was no electricity to the right side of my room and the blackout curtains electric control was broken. There were also random clips on the blackout curtain. This was an absolute travesty
