Cbh Rowton Hall Hotel and Spa

Dated hotel, not a nice vibe or feel to the place, not well maintained, awful spa and cleanliness of spa treatment room. Booked in for a treatment, got asked to lie down on a bleached towel which was rock solid from clearly multiple uses, I refused and asked for clean towels, therapist got them me no problem however surely clean towels is standard practice. Treatment itself was okay however consultation was odd I never got asked if I have any areas ro focus on or what pressure i would like. Room was okay but dated, the head board looked like a nursing home bed head board needs updating. Overall wouldn't return it didn't live up to the pictures and with the heavy price tag I would say its not worth it. Spa itself was okay but no hot jacuzzi pool water only and not very warm.

Certainly didn't disappoint beds so comfy , spa amazing lovely breakfast but best of all really friendly welcoming staff thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Spa massage and nails done relaxing pool area with steam room sauna was great the showers fabulous special thanks to Pauline in the spa for looking after us

This was our time at Rowton Hall and it did not disappoint. We went for the SPA package and an over night stay. We arrived at the SPA and we were greeted with a lovely welcome. Paul who worked at the SPA reception went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the day. We could not fault him. The SPA treatments were amazing and we left feeling totally relaxed and not wanting to leave. We then went to check in to our room which was a master suite, wow, this was beautiful. Modern Bridgeton, the decor was stunning and the views from the bedroom window of the grounds were perfect. Later on that evening we headed downstairs for food, again we were not disappointed. Tasty, reasonably priced food. The service was excellent. We both slept like logs and throughly enjoyed a delicious freshly cooked breakfast before returning to reality with a bump. This was a present from my partner for my birthday and although he took a gamble as we hadn’t been before, it definitely paid off! This has now become our new favourite SPA get away!

I have just returned from an overnight Spa break at Rowton Hall with a friend as a birthday treat for myself, and the experience has surpassed my expectations. I loved Rowton Hall it turned out to a wonderful decision (I've never done a Spa before before so was dubious). We went for a package comprising dinner, bed and breakfast with a treatment 55 min full body massage - which was delightful!). We also enjoyed lots of pamper time in the luxuriously dreamy Spa ( expeciallythe stem room and sauna). The food was delightful and high end quality wise . The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Its been the most pefect experience, relaxing, blissful and rejuvenating and I cannot wait to return. It was the pefect choice and i cannot fault anything.

Choosing a venue for a wedding can be so difficult, trying to cater for the needs of family and friends so that they feel comfortable and looked after is not easy. However from the moment we stepped into Rowton Hall we knew this was the PERFECT venue. It has everything - the beautiful ballroom, the stylish bar, brilliant outside seating areas - we could honestly not ask for anything more. The team at Rowton are just the best, they were so attentive to our needs and made everyone feel so welcome with impeccable service throughout the two days we spent there. We managed to have an outside wedding and it was breathtaking in the garden area so many beautiful flowers it was a real WOW !!! and such a credit to the gardeners. The rooms we had were fantastic. Louise at breakfast went above and beyond ensuring our delicious breakfast was delivered to the wedding party and all done with heartfelt joy to make our day so special from the very start. Rowton staff are fully committed to making the wedding day run smoothly and were honestly the most genuine people you could come across. They checked in on us without being intrusive, they were on hand to our every need. Amy and Lisa were just FANTASTIC we could not believe how professional they were - every detail was thought of and their high standards was there for all to see. We felt like we had made friends and not just staff from the hotel we were having our wedding at. Thank you so much. The reception staff and bar staff were also amazing they worked hard to help with the smooth running of the day. Special mention to Edel from that team who sorted all the rooms perfectly. The general manager James coordinated outside providers and so much more and again was a pleasure to work with. The wedding breakfast was delicious as was the canopies and evening buffet - all so fresh and hot when served. All our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to which was lovely but without the staff at Rowton the day would not have been the same so all credit must go to them. You made our dream come true to have the most magical, beautiful and amazing wedding day and we can’t thank you enough.

My partner treated me to a birthday treat. He had upgraded our room to an apartment. The apartment was beautiful. Large bathroom with large bath and walk in shower. Equipped kitchen area. With a microwave coffee making equipment. Lounge are with very comfortable sofas. Dining table. Bedroom was large and roomy. The only fault I have is that I would want to stay in this apartment every time I visit. We stay have stayed at Rowton on many occasions. We love this hotel and find all the staff to be very friendly. We like it that much that we have booked our wedding here

Not 4star - more like 2. Just arrived and here for three days with my family. Two adults. Two kids. Lots of luggage, no help offered to get to room. Room itself is average at best. Dinner in restaurant - resulted in my wife having to clear our own table to remove bowls from starters. Food really average and overly priced for size /quality of portions. Service terrible and huge wait for food. The staff are very under resourced, it’s very poor. I’ll report back tomorrow with updates on the next day or so.

I have attended 2 events at Rowton Hall in the past month, My fathers 80th and a friends wedding. Both events have been excellent, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Throughout the planning and the day the team could not have been more helpful.

Overall an okay stay. The room was clean and tidy but abit dated. Cold room due to it being a single glazed window. And not being able to turn the radiator on. The pool and jacuzzi was cold. Not enjoyable to try swim and relax in the jacuzzi when it’s cold. All staff very good. Helpful and friendly can’t fault on staff what so ever
