"Der Aufenthalt im Qiwanglou Hotel in Chengde fühlte sich wie zu Hause an. Zum einen ist das Hotel kein Hochhaus, was die familiäre Atmosphäre noch verstärkte. Zum anderen beherbergt es keine großen Gruppen, maximal etwas über hundert Personen, wodurch der Service keineswegs nachlässig, sondern im Gegenteil sehr aufmerksam war. So gab es beispielsweise Snacks, Süßigkeiten und Getränke am Eingang sowie kleine Dinge wie Nadel und Faden in den Fluren der einzelnen Gebäude. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wird man von jedem Mitarbeiter proaktiv angesprochen und die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Gäste werden aufmerksam verfolgt. Das habe ich in den letzten Jahren in Hotels vermisst und es verdient ein großes Lob. Gäste, die eine Nacht bleiben, werden am Haupteingang von einem Kätzchen begrüßt, das um ihre Beine tanzt – das macht jeder, einfach herzerwärmend! Auch das Restaurantpersonal war sehr engagiert, half den Gästen bei der Auswahl der Gerichte und achtete darauf, dass keine Lebensmittel verschwendet wurden – alles war sehr aufmerksam. Als die Restaurantangestellten hörten, dass wir Hirsebrei mögen, verkauften sie uns sogar Hirse zum Mitnehmen nach Peking. Ein Mitarbeiter (Zhang Yu) bot uns sogar an, Tofu für uns zu kaufen, was sehr praktisch war. Meister Xiao (Yu Changhong) bietet einen erstklassigen Service und behandelt jeden Gast wie ein Familienmitglied, sodass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Ein kleiner Tipp: Das Hotel stellt zwei elektronische Blutdruckmessgeräte und Ladekabel für Mobiltelefone zur Verfügung. Bitte geben Sie bei der Zimmerbuchung an, dass ältere Gäste ihre Blutdruckmessgeräte im Zimmer erhalten können, sodass sie keine eigenen mitbringen müssen. Auch Ladekabel sind vorhanden, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen um das Aufladen Ihres Handys machen müssen."

Da wir älter waren, ergriff der Service an der Rezeption die Initiative, um uns beim Tragen unserer Koffer zu helfen, und half uns, die Fernsehkanäle einzustellen. und stellte uns Touristenattraktionen vor. Zweitens ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Es ist nur mehr als 500 Meter vom Haupttor des Sommerresorts Lizhengmen entfernt und bietet nicht nur den besten Zugang zum Sommerresort, sondern ist auch ein wichtiger Verkehrsknotenpunkt in Chengde. Von hier aus können Sie viele malerische Orte wie den Kleinen Potala-Palast und den Puning-Tempel erreichen. Es ist sehr praktisch, hierher einen Bus zu nehmen. Gegenüber dem Hotel liegt der Wulie River, der eine schöne Landschaft bietet. Es ist besonders praktisch, nachts zum Wulie River zu gehen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Einkaufszentren, sodass Sie aus einer Vielzahl von Optionen wählen können. Ich habe ein paar Fotos von der umliegenden Landschaft gemacht, damit jeder sie genießen kann."

"Ich habe dieses Hotel aus Gründen des Verkehrs bewältigt. Ab dem Abstellen der Aufenthaltsverfahren bin ich von dem Mitarbeiter 々 begeistert und habe ein gutes Wohngefühl. Die Waschmaschine ist auch 24 Stunden offen. Als wir die Kleidung in die Waschmaschine gelegt haben, haben wir uns um sie gekümmert und haben sogar eine freundliche Antwort auf die Kuchen gegeben. Als er nach der Tour zurückkam, begrüßte er mich, als ob ich in meinem Haus war. Ich habe viele Gewürze gegessen und kann chinesisches Geschmack genießen. Ich möchte wieder aufhalten, wenn ich nach Chengde gehe. Danke für Ihre Hilfe."

"Stayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay."

"Das Hotel ist das höchste in der Stadt Chengde. Fünf-Sterne-Standard. Das Wohnerlebnis ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist willkommen, das Essen ist willkommen. Ich und meine Kinder haben am Geburtstag auch ein Frühstück und ein warmes Bad spezifisch gesandt. Die Kellnerin der Rezeption ist sorgfältig und sorgfältig. Es gibt eine Kellnerin, die uns empfängt. "Das Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel und ich bin mit der neuen Dekoration sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war auch gut und der Service war sehr gut. Besonders der Restaurantleiter Li Yang (es scheint dieser Name zu sein...) war sehr begeistert und hat sich gut um Familien mit Kindern gekümmert. Vielen Dank! p.s. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant im 3. bis 5. Stock des Hotels. Es ist nicht in Dianping enthalten, aber die Gerichte sind sehr reichhaltig und der Preis stimmt. Es ist eine unerwartete Überraschung. Ich werde es Freunden in der Umgebung empfehlen, die nach Chengde fahren."

"Wenn Sie als Ausländer nach Chengde reisen, würde ich Ihnen einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel wärmstens empfehlen! Die Lage ist großartig! Es liegt in der Nähe von drei Tempeln – dem Puning-Tempel, dem Waiba-Tempel und dem Putuo-Tempel. Außerdem sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Chengde-Museum. Mit dem Auto sind es etwa 8 Minuten bis zum Summer Resort (oder ein 50-minütiger Spaziergang, wenn Sie gerne laufen 😄). Die Leute im Hotel sind freundlich und nett. Sie sprachen auf Chinesisch mit mir, aber weil ich Chinesisch spreche. Sie taten ihr Bestes, um sicherzustellen, dass ich einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte, und halfen mir bei der Lieferung und beim Kauf von Tickets für die Kangxi-Zeremonie. Wenn ich noch einmal hinkomme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten. 谢谢！"

"Nach einer Nacht fühlte sich Liu gut und dauerte eine Nacht, um die Nacht zu verlängern, und es war schwer, sich abzuholen und sich selbst Wasser zu kaufen. Ich fand, dass ich die Karte nicht lösen konnte. Ich stieg auf den Stock. Ich dachte, um die Mitte der Nacht zu sehen, ob ich auf dem Auto lösen kann. Das Ergebnis störte die Rezeption Schönheit. Es tut mir leid. Es hat meine Probleme sehr vernünftig gelöst. Obwohl die Karte nicht lösen kann, aber die intelligente Dame und Schwester haben eine doppelte Versicherung. Diesmal wurde die 5-Sterne vollständig für die Schönheit der Rezeption gegeben. Unzufrieden ist noch der Beschützer. Während der Musikschlaf in dem Zimmer, sagte der Beschützer, dass er ein Mal Sexartikel liefert, ich sagte, dass er nicht brauche, es wurde genommen. Der Beschützer hält an, dass ich in die Rezeption schicken werde, um mich zu retten, wenn ich nicht weiß, ob es ein Problem mit der Kommunikation in der Gästezimmer ist. Ich war sehr unzufrieden. Ich habe klar gesagt, dass es nicht nötig ist. Aber der Beschützer sagte, weil ich die Tür verriegelt habe, kann sie die Tür nicht schließen, kann nicht eingehen, kann nicht ein Sexuell bekommen, kann nicht eingehen und weitermachen, ich habe es noch einmal ernsthaft erklärt, dass ich nicht schlafen muss! Der Betreuer geht nicht, es gibt keine freundlichen Worte, ich weiß nicht, ob ich mich nicht zufrieden stellen oder was. Obwohl es 5 Punkte gibt, bin ich sehr unzufrieden. Es ist wirklich notwendig, das Hotel auf die Gesundheitsversorgung zu achten und die Verwaltung zu stärken."
