Room was not clean, bathroom dirty and no soap. I like the Hampton brand generally, so I let it go. The next day after checking in, I asked the front desk to clean the room (after they told me they don’t typically provide housekeeping until the guest’s 4th night. WhenI returned from my business event, the towels were changed and beds were made, but the tub and toilet were not cleaned. Stains on the dresser remained and nothing was moved to dust. A plastic hanger left behind from a previous guest was still on the hanger on the back of the bathroom door. It was just gross. Made me reconsider booking the Hampton brand again.
