This place is trash and the host Vince is a SCAMMER. He charges for damages after you leave that don’t exist, read all of the reviews he’s done it to several people who have stayed here. I should have read more. The location is ghetto and you can hear everything through the walls. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Location fine. Outward appearance paint etc fine. Rented on another platform not this one. Photo misrepresented. Subwoofers skateboarders intoxicated wayfarers bed not size listed not decorated as advertised and locked out after prepaid four days stay a week in advance.owner on webcam out of state no mgmt onsite electric door lock malfunction we left. Ultimately refunded by other platform but exhausted after driving all day. Save yourself don't bother here. Reviews showed drug death last summer. Was ultimately refunded. Owner not forthright but unaffiliated with platform.

Beware of the host and his cleaning team. They will claim that you break their item(s) to make a few extra bucks. They submitted some bogus picture which did not prove anything and too bad AirBnB sides with them since I did not have any picture to prove my innocence. The funny thing that they left positive review for me stating 'welcome back...'. The place was okay and the price was not bad. However it was not worth it.

Stay away from this place. Booked a room through Air BnB with a host named Vince. Things with the place were ok. Very, very limited parking. No ceiling fan in the room, in Arizona, in the middle of summer. Very cheap uncomfortable furniture. Then almost 2 weeks after my stay I started getting requests from the host Vince to pay for damages. I had cleaned up the place, made the bed, put the towels I had used together, took out the trash, etc. The Air BnB host had even previously posted a review that I was a “great guest and was welcome back anytime”. So, something just wasn’t adding up. Had to reach out to Air BnB to have them review the pictures from the host and my concerns. The Air BnB support agreed with me and took care of the charges. My best guess is the damage came from one of the any number of people who stayed in the room after me and this host was just trying to pass the cost onto whoever they could. Bottom line, this place is marginally cheaper than a traditional hotel, just rent there instead. Stay away from this place and their scams or make sure you take pictures/videos upon checking in and out.

A friend was stalked by a homeless man banging on the door and sleeping outside of her room. We decided not to stay here due to that. Scary that they could be near your room and since it's a one story building they can access it too. The area Arizona avenue has crime and cops a lot

Just a scam i booked on chase only to get no sign in key whatsoever no available rooms only if u book through airbnb and no phone number to call no front desk just a freaking scam and i cant get my money returned cause they refuse, please do not stay here this is a awful trash place

Great place to stay. I had driven by it many times on trips to Chandler. It operates more like an Airbnb, booking/check in is all done on line. I like not having to go through “front desk” lines….etc. The rooms are very clean an comfortable. I was in a Jr. studio…I think, microwave, fridge, kitchen sink. I will stay there again
