Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und es hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Von dem Moment an, als ich eintrat, war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt. Die Annehmlichkeiten waren erstklassig, von der luxuriösen Bettwäsche bis hin zum gut ausgestatteten Fitnessstudio und den Spa-Einrichtungen. Die Speisemöglichkeiten des Hotels waren außergewöhnlich, mit einer Vielzahl köstlicher Gerichte zur Auswahl. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung im Hotel einfach nur ausgezeichnet und ich kann es kaum erwarten, für einen weiteren Aufenthalt zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank

Many eateries like cafes and restaurants nearby. Few massage parlours too. Walking distance to Sarinah. If you can walk about 800m you can reach the Grand and Plaza indonesia, Thamrin City. Room is very spacious and cosy. Got the smoking room on level 8. Hotel interior and exterior looks like a 5 star hotel. Was so nice of the Front Desk who upgraded me for free. Didn’t manage to try the breakfast. Free laundry for you to do it ON YOUR OWN. They provide detergent and there’s dryer too. Everything about this hotel is good. From the staffs, location, interior etc. Book it!

Vor 2 Wochen haben wir dieses Hotel besucht, der Rezeptionist hat uns mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, der Buchungsprozess braucht nur einige Minuten, es gibt eine komfortable Lobby für warten und sehr breite Pool. Wir reservierten Suitezimmer, weil es das größte Zimmer für uns, Mutterschaftsfoto zu nehmen und es gibt Bad mit schöner Nachtstadtblick. BBQ Abendessengeschmack war großartig mit Butterreis, verschiedene frische Fische, Sirloin Ecke, Salatbar und viele Desserts. Frühstück Geschmack ist gut und meist indonesia traditionelles Essen, sollten Sie ihre Porridge versuchen. Zahnpasta mit hoher Qualität mit gekennzeichneten Zahnpasta. Checkout Prozess sehr schnell und nachdem gehen wir zu passar bar mit 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Besonderes Dank für die Empfangs- und Restaurantpersonal für Ihre freundlichen Dienstleistungen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein, wenn es eine Chance gibt.

Service was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Ich habe für 5 Nächte in Horizon Arcadia wegen einer Geschäftsreise geblieben. Mit einem bestimmten Preis für das sogenannte 3-star Hotel, TV-Kabel-Kanaloptionen sind einfach unzureichend. Das Zimmer hat kein Zeichen von Qibla. Es war fast 7 Uhr, aber als ich Frühstück hatte, habe ich kaum Früchte wegen der Auslagerung, und die Mitarbeiter ersetzten nicht sofort und servierten die neuen. Der Zimmerservice hat mir für 2 aufeinanderfolgende Tage kein Trinkwasser geliefert, so dass ich die Hauspflege kontaktieren musste.

10 Tage Quarantäne - war wirklich in Ordnung hier. Das Essen war zwar kalt aber wirklich lecker, man konnte zwischen Western/Indonesisch/Chinesisch auswählen was auch geklappt hat, leider wurde man für das Frühstück morgens um 6-7 aus dem Bett geklingelt. Das Essen kam in Plastik und es gab immer nur einen Plastiklöffel dazu (richtiges Besteck hatten wir selbst dabei). Man konnte jederzeit Wasser/neue Handtücher bestellen und wir durften sogar 2x 10kg Hanteln und eine Yogamatte für die Tage ausleihen, gutes WLAN, sehr freundliches Personal, die gewaschene Kleidung roch gut und war einwandfrei, Shuttle-Service von bzw. zum Flughafen hat auch super geklappt, die Kommunikation per WhatsApp im Voraus war problemlos. Großes Zimmer mit gemütlichen Bett war in Ordnung zu zwei, Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein, Dusche war auch gut. Also alles in allem konnte man es gut aushalten.

I got a surprise from @iammorrisey staffs (Hera, Immanuel, Arwan, Adit, Aldi, Maya, Wayan and Chandra). I didn't expect that I had just arrived, waiting for the room to be ready... Suddenly they were approached while singing happy birthday with a beautiful birthday cake. I Highly recommend staying here and will be back again. Thank you, Morrissey Hotel Residence Menteng.

Hotel was worth every single penny! Didn’t book breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised when they told us that we had breakfast (note: might be because it’s fasting month and they didn’t want to waste too much food, so might not be a norm). Location is good too! Cleanliness too. Room was very spacious. Would definitely book this hotel again if I’m travelling to Jakarta.
