Residence Inn Long Island Islip/Courthouse Complex

Nice hotel, clean, spacious. Good location for going to L.I. Ducks game-walking distance. Attentive staff at front desk. Comfortable beds, has fitness center and indoor heated pool--no time to try either but the pool had lots of kids in it so it must be good. Suite style room, with kitchen and nice size sitting area.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a friend’s wedding in LI. Nice room, if a bit outdated decor. Was very spacious and had a full-size fridge, and a stove, which I’ve rarely see in hotels. It was clean, well-stocked, and all the staff were very friendly! I did have a super weird experience on the second night. I don’t really believe in ghosts but some spooky stuff happened to me in my room. If you like ghosts or ******* places you should stay in room 416!

We have stayed at this property multiple times over multiple years. The staff is great. CJ is wonderful (have encountered him during multiple stays)….helpful, accommodating and so welcoming. Sabrina was terrific helping me thru an issue w checking in (too long to explain)….but she was great. Rooms well equipped. While the bldg could use a few updates—-I gave this a 5 because i want to acknowledge all of the staff. We stayed there 2 wks and everyone we encountered was professional and friendly. Was a nice place to call home for a couple of weeks while visiting family and friends.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the wonderful treatment that we received during our recent stay at the Residence Inn Court house complex in Central Islip, NY. We drove up from Florida in order to surprise mom on her 94th birthday! The trip had many challenges, including needing a two bedroom suite, plus another room for family members. The Sr. Operations Manager went out of her way to secure an upgrade for the suite. She saved us a lot of money as we were able to use points! It was a busy weekend and yet she was able to arrange the rooms very close together! The efforts of the Manager and her staff is a testament to why I have been a loyal Marriott customer for many, many years (Titanium Elite) and I will continue to be one! The service provided to us during our stay was second to none and we are very grateful to everyone at the Marriott for ensuring excellent service is provided to all of your guests!

This was for my wedding and we had a large number of rooms booked. I can't say enough about the staff from these hotels. They went above and beyond to make me, my family and my guests feel comfortable. Kerrianne Zeinner was so responsive and professional the entire time. We hosted a breakfast the next morning and her staff really went beyond to help us set up and break down the breakfast room. The breakfast each morning at the resdientce was phenomenal and the accommodations were great. The rooms were clean, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, working appliances, etc. I highly recommend these hotels for your next stay or event or both!

Old & Tired is the best way to describe this place. The other "guests" definitely did not look as if they were paying the same price as I was. Does that sound wrong? Well, it's true. The place needs a deep clean and many fixes. Pool was NOT heated. Sofa couch Mattress was terrible. It was dirty and smelly too. Holiday season so nothing else was available. People at front desk were very pleasant. I was there for 7 days ---- no housekeeping whatsoever.

My wife and I recently stayed here for four nights. Upon entering our well appointed suite I noticed there were only three hangers in the closet. We were staying at this hotel because it offered a workout room, pool, and complimentary breakfast. The first day when we went to the pool, and workout room- the pool was drained, and one of the two treadmills was broken. We reported this to the hotel desk staff upon leaving the workout room, day 1. As of our last day the treadmill was still broken. We also reported no access to cleaning supplies for the workout equipment, to the hotel desk staff. In these days of Covid not being able to clean workout equipment is dangerous, and unhealthy. There is another hotel a few miles from this one that charges 60 dollars less per night. I would go there if I were you. My efforts to speak with the hotel staff, and manager (though cordial) was worthless.

Stayed at this all-suites hotel during my son’s baseball tournament. The rooms are spacious with full kitchens. The walls are thick and keep out noise from adjoining rooms. Biggest downside is the dated decor, especially the carpets which definitely need to be replaced. (If you want a newer hotel and are ok not having a suite then check out the Courtyard Marriott next door.) What made the stay especially great was the front desk staff. They met our every request with a smile, arranged for prompt housekeeping on request, and issued more room keys than I can count to my forgetful son. Special shout out to CJ and Alex, who were so friendly and accommodating!

Chambre propre, grande et confortable. Dotée d'une cuisine équipée . Personnel d'une incroyable gentillesse, toujours disponible!!! Petit dejeuner leger mais suffisant. Bien situé a Long Island. Nous reviendrons!
