Hotel Lav-Kush

No towels. No hot water. I had to kill 4 roaches upon entering the room. Bathroom cleanliness was disgusting as was the general condition of the room. I’m not sure how this is a three star hotel by anyone’s definition. There was a four hour power cut, but no one came to offer information or give help such as some candles or portable lights. The building stinks of cigarette smoke even with the air con and room fan on. When I arrived the *** behind the desk was very unhelpful and took a long time to check me in and asked an extensive amount of question as if I hadn’t booked at all. After my stay, I spent my final night in a much better hotel by the airport just to get over my stay here.

Very poor service, cockroach are everywhere in bathroom in bed room. Totally waste of money. We also informed the hotel reception about this but they have not taken any action. Don’t book this hotel it’s a totally waste of money

1. Size of room was okay with few accessories provided. 2. Staffs were co-operative but hospitality was -2) as per standard. Not well trained staffs. 3. Provided a water jug after 2nights, which was to be given on arrival : after 4-5 request, previous requests were either ignored or denied by different staff. 4. Provided ro water (y) 5. No proper communication facility/no phone line, electricity, internet (everything under maintenance one after another: had a lot of issue because of this. 6. Old torn bedsheets and dirty dusty bed, wall, mirror, toilet, cupboard and table(not cleaned properly for years had food scraps) 7. Lot of cockroaches 8. No hair dryer
