Extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and the customer service...My husband and I stayed at this location for a wedding. One of the nights he awoke very itchy, and when he turned on the light, he discovered multiple red bumps along his body and head. He removed the blanket to discover bed bugs. This was 4 am, so we groggily headed down to the front desk to figure out what to do from here. I expected the hotel to have some kind of protocol for a situation like this, but received the opposite. I explained we had an issue in our room and would need a new room, and before I could explain more, the front desk person said “that would not be possible as we are fully booked”. My husband showed the video he took of the bugs, at which point a room *magically* became available. Screenshot from the video attached, since we aren't able to attach the full video. We asked him what to do with our belongings so we didn't transfer bugs to the new room (or, more importantly, home) and he argued with us saying that there's no way that they were bed bugs. We attempted to talk with the manager upon check out, but he wasn’t in. We were told we would receive a call, but never did. I ended up calling the day after we left, and again, was told that theres no way we encountered bed bugs. I left a message for the general manager, and more than a week later, he has STILL not returned my call. It's clear that they simply do not care about the bed bug situation in their hotel. Would NEVER stay here again.
