This hotel is honestly probably about as good as a Fairfield Inn can get. Somewhat reasonable in price, good location (close to shopping, ****** & restaurants), comfortable room, and a good complimentary breakfast. The importance of a quality breakfast cannot be overstated, especially when you are on a long road trip. This location had a good selection of hot & cold food choices, and we left full and ready for the day ahead. It is difficult to give 5-stars to a Fairfield Inn when, by definition, they are a no-frills establishment. But again, as far as a Fairfield Inn goes, this is about as good as it gets. We would recommend this for anyone passing through Tulsa, OK.

We were passing through the area and wanted a hotel on the east side of Tulsa and this fit the bill. It is pretty far east of Tulsa in an area with a Hard Rock ****** and some shopping and a handful of chain restaurants (slim pickings for dinner). The price was right! I was greeted by a very friendly staff member and pleasantly surprised that not only did I get an upgraded room as a Gold member I did not have to ask - she had already done so! A rarity - thank you! This newer property was in good shape and the bigger room was very nice but with two big problems. No outlets next to the bed - really Marriott are you kidding - who is doing your design??? Also the water in the shower took forever to get hot (at different times of the day) and the water pressure was pitiful. The breakfast was the typical FI breakfast which was good enough.

Nice and clean and a great price but it’s so loud here. We have stayed here a few times and it’s never been an issue. This trip we are staying on the 3rd floor and young adults are running and screaming in the hallway. It hasn’t just happened once, it’s been going on all afternoon and night. Right now It’s 10:30pm and they are still going strong with their running and screaming.

This is a nice hotel with great potential. However, the attitude of the staff ruined it. Housekeeping left us only two almost empty rolls of toilet paper. We were only there one night and thought we could make it that long. We didn't. I went down to the front desk at 5:30 to get some more. When I told the desk clerk the problem, she asked if I wanted more. I thought that should be obvious. Why else would I go down there at 5:30. Her attitude was that I was an inconvenience and was keeping her from her work. I told someone at the front desk the next morning about the shortage and was informed that it wasn't a problem. I don't expect them to make a big deal about it. I do expect to receive a polite response from them. They failed to provide a polite response.

This place was great. Much better than the Fairfields, in different cities that we stayed at the previous two nights Just the Fairfield we have come to expect. The pool was open, the Wi-Fi great and they individual sized ice cream in the little store. Description of room. We were upgraded to a king suite. The living room side. A TV, computer desk with a desk lamp. There was a chair, but it didn’t have wheels. The living room also had a coffee table, couch with 4 pillows. Looks like a pull out. There was an end table and a floor lamp. The bedroom side had a king bed, end tables and each has one drawer at each end with wall lamps over the table. There is only power on one side of the bed. But it is on the adjacent wall not even on the wall at the head of the bed. There is a bureau with 4 drawers. The bedroom side also has a TV. There is a closet. It is really small but it has an ironing board and iron. The bathroom has a shower. There is a medium sized vanity in the bathroom. I have seen larger ones and I have seen smaller ones. There is also a hair dryer. The toiletries are on the wall and called North 39 degree. But their labels are light green on light blue/grey and really had to read. There is also a small bar of soap and a small bottle of body lotion. Breakfast was like most. Cereal, oatmeal with toppings, juices. The hot food here was scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. They had apples, which were good, but their oranges looked really old. They had boiled eggs but they tasted old. They had yogurt, toast, bagels but no English muffins. They did have some chocolate muffins. All and all, pretty good.

Newer hotel. Immaculately clean. Terrific accommodations. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with hot and cold options. Although we didn't use, both the fitness center and pool looked tremendous. Has guest laundry facilities. Great stay at most reasonable price amongst the other hotels in the area.

We're returning to Canada after a long trip to Arizona and have stayed in multiple hotels, mostly Marriott (Lifetime Bonvoy Titanium Elite member) during this trip. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Catoosa was, by far, the nicest, best run and most enjoyable hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Before booking on the Marriott app, I always check reviews on Trip Advisor. Almost all the reviews of this property were very positive so we decided to stay here - and are very glad we did for multiple reasons. From the very polite and easy check in to a great room with a huge new big screen tv and small fridge, we were very happy to settle in after a long drive. There was a tornado warning in the area at the time. Being from Canada, we were not really sure what to do if we heard the sirens go off. The front desk staff were extremely patient and explained exactly what to do and did everything they could to reduce our concerns (the storms ended up south of us). I worked out in the spacious and very well equipped gym twice. Most gyms at these kinds of hotels are small and poorly equipped. This one had everything I needed! The breakfast was very well laid out, with many items, like bagels and muffins, fresh and individually wrapped (unlike yesterday's Residence Inn Amarillo where I had the oldest bagel ever!). Thanks for the great stay and if we are ever back to the Tulsa area we will be sure to stay here again!

Very nice room, clean, and quiet. The young lady who checked us in was the nicest front desk clerk I’ve encountered in a long time. She was polite and very friendly and I wish I could remember her name! But we were tired from our drive from Texas and it has slipped my mind! Whatever her name is, she deserves a raise!
