I checked in then checked out almost immediately. I booked alternative accommodation, with ***********, and walked out. 1. There was only one locker left in the overcrowded room and it was broken. I had no where safe to leave my valuables. The receptionist said she could try a locker in another room. But how safe is that not to be within a looking distance of where things are kept. They should do more maintenance and be aware of these things. From my bed I couldn't see the locker anyway. 2. They had numerous days to tell me where to go. I had been held up and was chatting back and forth all day. I went to where I booked and they have no reservation of me, even though I showed them the booking. They sent me to another venue. 3. They did send the address online of where to go but only after I left on the address I booked and went to. It was far too late to send the address, after I went to their other venue. 4. So I'm walking around late at night, alone. An obvious tourist with a suitcase and looking at my mobile using Google maps trying to find my way around in dark alleys in a city I don't know. I was scared for my safety. Alone in a very rough looking part of the city. And almost falling a couple of times trying to navigate in the dark, a suitcase over cobbles. 5. If they wanted me to go to a particular address, don't leave it till the last minute and make the information more clearer. Why have two different places in the first place anyway, and only one address on *********** 6. There was nothing online about a dorm having as many as 12 beds. I was furthest away from the door and ventilation and it was baking hot. I could hardly breath and choking with sweat. 7. Other guests insisted on switching off the lights, despite myself just arriving and I'm banging into things left all over the floor,other people's rucksacks, going backwards and forwards to the bed. After I left, I seen they were trying to resell the accommodation I booked and paid for.
