Falta mucho mantenimiento, la limpieza es deficiente, pagamos casi 200 dólares noche y nos tocó la habitación más lejana de todas, con colchones patéticos, puerta de baño que no cerraba, bidet que perdía, sucia. Por suerte las chicas de administración nos cambiaron al otro día de habitación pero lamentable tener que arrancar así no está bueno. Tenemos un bebé y tuvimos que mudarnos de habitación al día siguiente al ingreso, cada vez que preguntábamos si podíamos pasarnos nos respondían mal, como si estuviesemos mendigando....increíble. La piscina climatizada era una mugre, tanto el lugar como el agua, en el spa no funciona nada....la ducha escocesa tapada de sarro, sale un chorrito tan finito que les aseguro, es mejor manguerearse Las instalaciones están venidas a bajo totalmente. El sector de recreación da lastima, todo sucio, roto... Deprimente y da inseguridad dejar a los chicos usar los juegos. Lo que si, los chicos de animación le ponen mucha onda, creo que es lo rescatable del hotel, pero al ser una empresa de recreación, los ví por otros hoteles El desayuno es como de paquete, como si abrieran las cosas y las acomodaran en bandejas.. no tienta nada de eso que uno espera al desayunar en un hotel 4*. Aunque el personal es muy amable siempre da la sensación de que le estás rompiendo las pelotas. Destaco la amabilidad del personal del restaurante que nos guardó la comida de nuestro bebé y nos la calentó. Porque de paso comento el el frigobar de las habitaciones no sólo no enfría si no que calienta...y tiene un cartel que dice "esto es un frigobar, no enfría, mantiene las cosas".... Nunca visto. Quiero destacar que la limpieza no existe, hay mugre de años ! Realmente deprime. No volvería, lamento haber caído en el márketing y los laureles de épocas pasadas."

"Schönes Wohnzimmerkomplex in Carilo. 1 Quadrat vom Zentrum und 4 Strand. Es hat ein Deck mit Spielen für Kinder neben dem klimatisierten Fahrrad. Im Service ist ein sehr komplettes Frühstück inbegriffen. Die Kabine verfügt über einen kleinen Innenhof mit Grill, um Fliegen zu machen. Was ich am meisten gefallen war die Aufmerksamkeit der Eigentümerin Viviana und das ganze Team, immer sehr aufmerksam und bedienend, sind in allen Details. "Ein wunderbares Hotel im Herzen von Karilo. Fotos auf der Seite sind voll miteinander abgestimmt. Gutes Frühstück. Omletten, Hammer, Käse, Backwaren, Obst. Nicht sehr vielfältig, aber von dem, was präsentiert wird, ist alles ausreichend und ständig erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und reaktiv. Sie versuchen, bei allen Fragen zu helfen. Das Hotel verfügt über 6 Pavillons, die auf den Straßen neben den Gästen laufen - ein separates Freude für Kinder. Es gibt ein Kinderzimmer mit der Möglichkeit, zu malen und zu bauen.
