服務：酒店的服務熱情似火,非常周到細緻，能感受到酒店專業的培訓。前台王小榮和楊潔辦事效率高！還免費延遲到下午14:00退房。 衞生：客房面積大，服務員打掃的很乾凈，還送了水果和小吃。很暖心 設施：雖有些有些老舊，但也配備齊全。而且服務人員讓我感受到暖心和賓至如歸的服務，倒也不那麼重要了！ 環境：環境優雅大堂乾淨整潔，還有茶水小食區域可以免費使用。 位置：離高鐵站打車10分鐘不到的距離，會展中心步行5分鐘。真的很方便，出差首選！

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

Das Aufenthaltsgefühl ist sehr gut, die Rezeption-Mitarbeiter sind sehr enthusiastisch, das Hotel Hall 1 hat das Hagendas-Gefrierfach und eine Mahlzeit-Roboter, sehr bequem. Sehr nahe der alten Straße Nanchang, der Verkehr ist bequem, das Hotel hat auch seinen eigenen Parkplatz vor der Tür, die Hygiene ist auch sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist auch Café, der Preis ist hoch, es lohnt sich zu empfehlen

This was a high end luxury hotel decades ago. Now the time has taken its toll. Walking on the thick carpet on the hallway, you can easily imagine how marvelous it must be twenty years ago. Now the equipments are kinda of out dated. There is no restaurants or stores in walking distance. The hotel staffs are all very nice and helpful. The rooms are much bigger than those of the newer hotels at this price range, and they have many toiletterias, even two shower robes. If you are ok to take taxi or didi (Chinese Uber) all three time, this hotel is a good choice.

酒店非常清潔衞生。泊車很方便。一入住馬上遞上熱牛奶，天氣這麼冷，感覺到酒店的熱情款待，很好，又有生果盤。 房間設備新，有智能家居。衞浴坐廁洗手盆均分開。使用方便。潔具龍頭用牌子貨。👍👍 還有免費洗衣服務，有姐姐幫你洗，然後送回房間👏👏，實在非常貼心，節省我們很多時間可以旅遊多幾個景區。 早餐豐富選擇多。 非常值得推介的一間酒店，性價比高。

Great, clean, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. During my trips to China, this was the only hotel where staff actively approached me to offer assistance, even guiding me around to ensure I didn’t get lost. While a bit more English would be helpful, it’s understandable given that Cangzhou doesn’t see many tourists. I was slightly unsure if there was a restaurant where I could get coffee at any time. Breakfast was good, but the gym felt small and below average compared to other hotels in Cangzhou.

Im vergangenen Mitte lebte ein Kind mit älteren Menschen ein Mal. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, die Parkumgebung ist schön, nach Nanchang alte Straße, der Großkanal ist nicht verblieben. Ich kann nicht vergessen, dass der Tsching heute zwei Kinder mit zwei Kindern hat. Zusätzlich ist das Frühstück lecker. Ausgehen und das Kind schmutzig zu spielen, und es ist auch sehr bequem, sich selbst zu waschen. Der Personalservice ist auch sehr gut, und ein besseres Title ist besser.
