H177 Hotel

房間很小，床也很小，而且還沒有窗户（其實是有窗户但是打開就是外面走廊，有人在外面走來走去，伸手就可以碰到你）如果你不開窗，房間裏就悶熱無比。所謂的沙發床就是一個打開後不到170的沙發，根本不可能睡覺。整個酒店唯一讓人感到滿意的就是衞生間了，足夠大熱水也不錯

The hotel is well located in the historic centre of Campeche. Our room was located on the top floor and shared a good sized roof terrace with 1 other room. It had 2 double beds which were comfortable, decent air conditioning and a small shower room. Furnishings were relatively basic. No breakfast as such is available but a good cafe is just around the corner. Staff were very helpful and organised a good excursion to Edzna, an excellent Mayan site about 1 hour away. The hotel has a very small inside pool. Although we had no complaints and the hotel was good value, if revisiting Campeche, a colonial town of great charm, I would look for accommodation with more character.

What a disaster from start to finish! We were given a room on the main floor, near the lobby. All we heard was noise of people moving and loud chatter, all evening. This is typical of RUDE people not caring for others in the hotel. Unfortunately the evening clerk also talked loud. Isabel was great in helping us move to the 2nd floor the next day and even showed us around the hotel and the roof top, but the loud talking noise carries up to the 2nd floor, not to mention two kids screaming all evening!!! Hey? this is Mexico were they don't care about others! The rooms were nice a big, but the pillows were too high (Neck pain). Bring your own pillows if possible. Oh yes, the phone in the room did not work, so if I had to communicate with the front desk...it was down the stairs I go . Would I stay here again? NO

We wanted a hotel in the historic Centro area, walking distance to everything and this place fit the bill. The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a tiny hotel with a European feel to it. The rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with all the basics. Like all hotels in the historic centre, parking is an issue but they offered complementary parking a few blocks away. The lobby had 2 comfortable seating areas and a small coffee centre that provided good coffee with China mugs and in the morning there were some pastries available. Behind the lobby there was a tiny dip pool with a few rooms facing it, there was an open second floor area above the pool area and rooms off those balconies. On the third floor there was a small patio with a covered lounge area and a couple more rooms. Downstairs behind the front desk there were another 8 or so rooms, a few with windows onto the street. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional, all of them went out of their way to be helpful. We arrived a bit early and there was no issue checking in early and checking out at noon. The rooms are basic but very comfortable, clean and equipped with hair dryers, irons with ironing boards, secure safe for storing valuables, bottled water, basic soaps and shampoos and nice showers with rain fall shower heads with lots of hot water! Beds were comfortable and the a/c worked really well, we slept really well despite the fact we were ground level right on the street, with the air conditioning on it provided just enough consistent ambient background noise to keep the street noise out. Overall this affordable little hotel was really nice and we were pleasantly surprised, we would definitely use it again. The staff made us feel welcome and valued, if you are looking for a comfortable, affordable place in a great central location this hotel fits the bill. It’s not the Ritz but for the price it’s a very good deal.

The location is great in downtown. The room was nice, but there was a strange smell coming I think from the A/C and it made some noise. There’s a small but nice pool in the middle of the hotel, and a terrace at the top. It could be a lot better if they could fix the A/C issue, as well as the bathroom door not closing properly.

Employees were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and maintained. The A/C was nice and cold. The wifi was so so. If you need wifi for business, don’t stay here. My most important suggestion is bring EAR PLUGS or a sound machine. You can hear everything and everyone. Select another hotel if you want peace and quiet. Otherwise, a clean and safe place to stay in a good location. The hotel does not have its own parking but there is a lot within a block.

Excellent hotel at excellent location. Just a few meters away from the main street in the centro historico. New and modern. Friendly staff that actually speak decent English. Rooms had what we needed and nothing more. The major downside was the noise from construction going on on the roof and noise from the hallways. Seemed as we could hear everything going on in the hotel. Another downside is that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for breakfast. It was okay our first day because the main street is just around the corner, but with an early pickup the second day we were in a hurry because we had to find a restaurant outside the hotel for breakfast

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. Está a unos pasos de restaurantes y áreas de interés. El servicio de las chicas de recepción es extraordinariamente amable y atento. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero ofrece una opción sin costo adicional a un par de cuadras. La habitación estaba bastante limpia, y tuvieron el buen detalle de dejar una botella de vino. Lo no tan bueno fue que cuando hice la reserva envié un mensaje preguntando si había habitaciones en PB porque viajo con una persona de la 4a edad, y me respondieron que contara con ella. Cuando llegamos resulta que por el Nivel de ocupación no me la pudieron asignar, y obviamente el hotel no cuenta con elevador. Si hubiera sabido que tendría que subir un piso, no lo habría elegido. Creo que no cumplir con lo ofrecido, aunque parece un pequeño detalle, para el huésped puede resultar en un tema mucho más relevante. Otro detalle es que rentamos una habitación que ofrecía un sofá cama como una opción para una cuarta persona en la habitación, y el sofá cama era una cosa absolutamente incómoda. Los cojines gastados, de manera que se sienten los fierros y tablas. A la cuarta persona que le tocó 'dormir' ahí, no pudo descansar absolutamente nada. Es un hotel que tiene cosas muy buenas y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Creo que podrían cuidar cosas mínimas, no generar expectativas que no se cumplan, como respetar las solicitudes y no vender un sofá cama desvencijado como una opción de descanso, y la calificación sería muchísimo mejor.
