Red Roof Inn Cameron

The front desk clerk was very helpful. The reason very clean, beds were comfortable. Coffee and breakfast in the morning was good.

This place has the nicest staff, rooms are clean, televisions have cable, and the free breakfast is good. Have stayed here twice now and been veey, very, pool is sparkling, we had a water leak in the bathroom they immediately addressed it and upgraded our room. Super nice staff.

This hotel was located at one of our overnight stay cities, fit nicely into our budget, and based on reviews, we booked it. We will always be glad that we did. WOW - what a deal! Both of the staff members we communicated with during our stay were very friendly. Check-in was a breeze and one minor technical issue with the room TV was repaired immediately on a Sunday. The room was very clean and provided great sleep. And the included continental breakfast was managed nicely and adequate to get us on down the road the next morning. When our travels have us spending the night in Cameron in the future, we will look at the Red Roof Inn first when searching for budget-friendly lodging.

We were driving across country and got held up for three hours on the highway due to a bad accident. We planned to drive further but were too tired so started looking for a room in Cameron. We stopped at several that were not pet friendly (we had our dogs with us) and one of those hotels directed us to Red Roof Inn. We have never stayed at a Red Roof Inn so did not know what to expect. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning (due to that bad accident that closed the highway) and the owner/manager(?) who assisted us with check in was very polite and professional despite the hour. And, BONUS - there was no extra charge for the dogs!. We went to our assigned room and were surprised and impressed by the cleanliness and size of the room. It was a first floor room which made it easy to get the dogs in and out. There was ample area to walk the dogs on the property. There was a complimentary breakfast in the morning but we did not check that out. If the room is any indication, the breakfast was probably very nice as well. The lady who was at the front desk when we checked out in the morning was very sweet. This entire experience was totally enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this hotel if you are ever in the area - especially if you are traveling with pets. It is CLEAN, friendly, accommodating and a complete delight.

The outside is dated but the room appeared clean. I developed multiple bedbug bites after waking there. I contacted them and they had already put someone in the room. I contacted the national company and this is an independent hotel with the Red Roof title. Do not stay at this place. I stayed because of my dog and traveling home from hunting. I will pay more for better places

Room was clean and comfortable But could hear the people walking in room above us and the man snoring next door. Breakfast bad. Sausage gravy no sausage. Very dry biscuits. Only other option was Cheerios or yogurt. No fruit

Very nice surprise. Our rooms were clean, the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The town of Cameron is quaint, however it would be nice to have a few more restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
