The Mas Ambros house is a two-story house with a maximum capacity of 24 people, it has gardens with an infinity pool, barbecue, and chill-out area. With an 800m2 land and 320 m2 of housing, it is perfect to enjoy your family gatherings or friends. Located in a quiet urbanization with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, near the best beaches, specifically 3 kilometers from the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge, on the Costa Barava, 2 minutes by car from the center of the town, and a foot of mountain In the surroundings you can enjoy a large number of outdoor activities, leisure, local culture, and a rich gastronomy of km 0. THE FOLLOWING EXTRAS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, but you can contract with the property: ·Final cleaning: €275/ 15 maximum hours of work (You can hire it with us or do it yourself) ·Sheets and shower towels: €15 2 nights / €20 +2 nights (Price per person) You can hire them with us or bring them yourselves) ·Pets: €40 for the total stay of each pet (It is mandatory to hire when pets are staying) House rules -Final cleaning is mandatory, the house must be left clean and tidy as it was found. Super séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Piscine à débordement top, clim partout vue mer et montagne. Trés bon accueil et contact facile avec les propriétaires. Quelques nécessaires de base fourni : savon main et petite serviette, torchons...trés bonne localisation

Geweldig vakantiehuis Fijn verblijf gehad in deze woning. Goede indeling van de kamers. Wat problemen gehad met de overburen, maar de eigenaren hebben het snel en goed opgelost voor ons. Fijn contact gehad met de eigenaren tijdens ons verblijf.

Belle maison, besoin de voiture pour se déplacer La maison est très agréable, comme sur les photos. Son emplacement est très résidentiel, il faut la voiture pour aller à la mer, faire les magasins, aux restaurants... Il n'y a pas d'aspirateur si vous comptez faire votre propre ménage et économiser 200€.
