We stayed one night at Arnold House on 11/3/24. We couldn't check in when we arrived so we had lunch and charged the lunch to our room for $42. Upon checking out, we were told that we had a charge of $42.00 and the bill will be emailed to us. However, we never received the bill, instead we received a charge of $120. 54 on our credit card. I called the hotel, left a message, emailed, but no response. Very disappointing!!

I will start by saying that if you're thinking of getting married at the Arnold House, definitely do it. My son got married there this past weekend and everything was literally perfect . The setting is beautiful, and it was so nice to have so many comfortable options for the family and guests to stay on the premises. There were so many varied beautiful choices inside and out on site to have the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and brunch and each was set up and decorated with charm and style. The food was delicious at all the events. But what made all that possible was the exceptional staff. No matter what was asked, they went out of their way to accoommodate , always with a warm smile. Everything was done exactly as promised and the rests exceeded expectations. What a perfect place to get married!

Everything was excellent especially the food. Great job there. One suggestion, you need way more light in the bathrooms. It's hard to see when shaving when the lighting is so dim. Other than that small item, we had a wonderful time celebrating our Daughters wedding!

Comfy, cozy, lots of great places to sit and read by a fire, and two cute little nature walks just steps away from the house. Great for dogs. We also loved that the tavern seemed to cater to people in town and not just guests. Made it feel homey.

Loved everything about The Arnold House. The attention to detail is amazing. Everything from the cozy fireplaces, cookies and skincare products to the fall decor, small gift shop and yummy meals. The bed was comfortable.
