We booked into this hotel while at home in England. On booking we HAD to pay the full amount up front. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the staff who were all nice. We were taken up to the room then left alone. The room was disgusting! The bed sheets were stained, I had to clean the fridge out as there was a yellowy brown sludge in the bottom of it. There was water dripping from 1 of the bathroom lights. The safes electronic lock didn't work. The air conditioning unit was filthy and dusty, God knows when the filters were last cleaned or changed. The floor was dirty. The balcony had water dripping from above and peeling paint on the handrail. The TV only had 2 working channels and the WIFI didn't work unless we stood by the door. They changed the light but there is no way they fixed the water leaking as they were only in the room for less than 5 mins. They gave us a filthy old safe key for the safe and the woman we delt with told us that this particular room has issues with the WIFI. The wardrobe etc were covered in dust. We politely expressed our concerns and were shown to another room, this was equally as bad. I can safely say throughout all my years of traveling around the world, this is most definitely the worst place I have ever seen. We expressed our concerns again and we checked out after 2 hours. The receptionist told her boss. When we spoke to him a day later he said we left before he got back to the hotel - her never asked her to ask us to wait for him, and said he would have put us in a different hotel belonging to the company. We looked online at this hotel, and the reviews suggest it is just as bad. This says it is a 3 star hotel, I suggest they drop it to 1 star as it is that poor. We also checked into a 5 star hotel that cost us £100 less that they charged us.for the 6 nights.
