Their website advertises Reception open daily 8-30am to 2-30pm, management available by phone, email & live on site. They also advertise an on-site manager & an on-site tour desk to assist guests with enquiries - what a joke. We arrived at 8-30am to find a sign in the window to ring a phone no. as desk unattended so we rang where we were told "she would ring the manager & he MIGHT come, when my husband asked how would we know if he was coming we were told to ring back in 15mins and she would let us know!!!!! We rang back and were told yes he would come so we waited. What a shock when he did turn up, no apology, no "Hi I'm the manager" instead he was very sullen, wouldn't look at us, just leaned on the wall staring at his paper work saying "I didn't know you would be this early" When my husband said it was stated in the paper work he they had sent us, he just repeated that he didn't know we would be here this early. Eventually, my husband said we just wanted to store our cases until check in but if our room was ready and we could check in that would be great as we had come in on the "Red eye" from Perth. He mumbled something and walked away, when he came back he had an eftpos machine & told us how much we owed. My husband asked where our room was to which he indicated with a flick of his head, gave us a key and walked away. I also asked about storing our bags when we check out as we have a night flight home, the answer was very vague something about leaving them in our room, the cleaners would figure it out and put them in storage nothing about retrieving them or how late we could leave them. We have been here 7 days and the unattended sign has been in the reception window the whole time. The bed was comfy and the apartment was cleanish, no wine glasses at all, a couple of dirty coffee cups but in need of some serious TLC but I guess the state of the apartment was reflected in the price and it was well situated but I would not recommend it to anyone or stay here again.
