First off, there is no “Spa!” The website is not an honest representation of this establishment. No up-to-date appliances, no TV in the bedroom, and no washer and dryers on the premises. Don't offer complimentary toiletries, except a tiny bar of hand soap. The lobby bathroom had no soap, bugs flying and crawling around, and was not clean! House keeping "cleaned room" while we were on an excursion but left door unlocked so we came back to our room unlocked. We were missing a washcloth, asked front desk, and gentleman wouldn’t give me one, had to wait until the morning to speak with manager. Cleaned the toilet seat with a wipe and it was dirty. Pool is dirty and no one is maintaining removal of bugs and plants - pool filters aren't doing the job! Ordered dinner, had to wait for the chef to come, didn't have what I ordered so they brought us out what they had without our knowledge - chicken breast was hard and dry, French fries looked and tasted like they'd been leftover then reheated, can't really mess up spinach. Ordered mango juice on the menu and the bartender mixed water and mango martini mix and ice together. Mosquitoes and flies took over the lobby! And the power blinks out randomly. The best thing about the resort was not being there - the tours/excursions were fun!
