"We stayed in a 'superior' room as part of a group booking. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package and the food was very good. Breakfast choices alternated each day - could perhaps have been a little more variety (a small niggle). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Car hire from the hotel was excellent value and super convenient. WiFi was the only weak point - it was free but very slow at best and unusable on some occasions. The primary login they provided does not use a secure connection. There was a separate SSID for Superior rooms (which was secure) but only worked in the room - still slow."

"We have just spent a week in this wonderful accommodation. It is accommodation for 2. There was everything you want in a unit, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils. There were replacement of soaps etc in the cupboards. There was everything you could want - good hair dryer, iron and ironing board, good washing machine with a plentiful supply of soap, cleaning equipment, beach towels and spare bathroom towels. The unit we had No 8 had a wonderful view of Philip Island. It came with a car from Boori hire cars. This enabled us to go where we wanted. Up the road was the Boathouse and Bayles restaurant. We would recommend this as one of the best places to stay on the island, especially if you like this type of accommodation."

"We always use Trip Advisor when booking accommodation and it is easy to see why the Castaway was rated number 1 by travellers. We had a lovely apartment which was larger than what we expected. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The owners of the hotel are lovely friendly people, as we found all locals to be, but they went further than what one would normally expect. The day after arriving, our hosts arranged for a hire car for us, but it was not available until 12:30pm. This normally would not have been a problem, except that we needed to do some food shopping and most shops closed at 12:00. We were offered their private vehicle so that we could do our shopping which was a very pleasant and welcome surprise. All the team at the hotel we found to be friendly and helpful. Pizza night on Fridays is not to be missed as they are some of the best pizzas we have had for quite some time. Also the local beers brewed by their brewery are all recommended. We have no hesitation in recommending the Castaway and would obviously stay there again if we visited Norfolk Islnd again"

"Broad Leaf Villas ist eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, um auf der Norfolk Island zu bleiben. Unsere Villa, Nummer 2, war geräumig und hatte alles, was wir für einen sehr komfortabelen Aufenthalt benötigt. Mit einer vollen Küche war genau das, was wir brauchen und die Wohnbereiche waren gut eingerichtet. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Es ist eine ruhige Lage, aber in der Nähe der Burnt Pine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein sehr komfortables Königsbett führte zu einem guten Nachtschlaf. Unsere Gastgeber, Furnella und Grant, waren hervorragend und Sie konnten nicht mehr für mehr beherbergende Einzelpersonen wollen. Ein tropischer Sturm am Ende unserer Reise hatten wir eine lange Verspätung auf einen Flug, aber wir konnten den ganzen Tag in unserer Unterkunft bleiben, das war eine große Hilfe für uns. Sehr empfohlen."

"Our one room apartment had been refurbished recently and was clean and comfortable. No aircon but we were supplied with two pedestal fans. As the climate of Norfolk is mild with low humidity the fans were more than satisfactory. The aloha apartment complex is situated in the middle of ‘town’ so we could walk to the shops and restaurants. Our plane left late afternoon but the Aloha has a departure room supplied with comfortable chairs, tv, games and coffee and tea making facilities . You could leave your luggage there safely and ‘go into town ‘ for lunch. I wou,d highly recommend them"

"Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt im Paradise Hotel & Resort mit seiner entspannten Atmosphäre, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und geräumigen Zimmern. Wir essen ein paar Mal im Restaurant und das Essen war lecker. Unser Zimmer war sauber, sehr geräumig und der Pool sah sehr einladend aus. Jeder kleine Balkon am Rücken der Zimmer sind privat und ruhig. Die Lage ist eine Spazierweite von Burnt Pine Geschäften und Cafés. Der Cyclorama ist die nächste Tür und ist definitiv wert, auch auf einem Urlaubskalender für seine Darstellung der Geschichte der Norfolk Insel."

"Wir trafen von Tima, die gratuliert und willkommen war. Sie zeigte uns in unsere Einheit und erklärte, was wir wissen müssen. Wir sind eine Gruppe von 4 Freunden, die in Einheit 10 geblieben ist, die 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer hat. Viel Raum für unsere Gruppe. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und wir schätzten die Frühstückseinrichtungen, die Eier Brot Buttersauce Milch enthalten. Die Einheit war sauber mit komfortablen Betten und sauberen Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Geschäften und Cafés Restaurants kurze Spaziergänge entfernt. Wie in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, braucht die Einheit eine Erfrischung. Der Teppich muss ersetzt werden. Wahrscheinlich neue Handtücher wie die, die wir verwendeten, obwohl sauber auf den Kanten gebraten. Die Türen sind in einem Gemäldemantel nötig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und hoffen, in Zukunft wieder nach Norfolk zurückzukehren."

"Wonderful location. Easy access with car to all Norfolk Islands attractions. Great Atmosphere in colorful garden setting and scenic views. Rooms beautifully presented and well equipped. Definite value for tariff in our opinion. Spotless and shining inside and out. Peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing. Wonderful Hosts. Always available and prompt to assist. Good BBQ area. Plenty of lighting for access from car park to cottages. This was our 3rd, 2week stay at Jacaranda Park Holiday Cottages. The Cottages are maintained in such great condition both inside and outside and do not reflect their age as many other properties often do. You just have to look closely at the window and door frames to know that TLC is performed regularly. And upgrades are proceeding where required to maintain a high standard. 5/10 minutes to drive into town or down to Kingston and nowhere on the island would be more than 25 minutes away, so very convenient for access to the Islands Amenities. For us, one week was not enough. Highly recommend for a peaceful laid back holiday."

"Liebte unseren Aufenthalt in Daydreamer Apartments. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Es war schön und sauber. Einige kleine Dinge mussten wie die Klips auf den Flugbildschirmen reparieren. Es war eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hinterhof, wo wir unseren Morgenkaffee hatten. Nicht weit von der Stadt, wenn Sie sich wie zu Fuß fühlen. Wir würden nochmal dort bleiben."
