Great little motel, super clean and well furnished, very wonderful staff, breakfast was great - could’ve had better vegetarian options for hot breakfast. Pizza late night was awesome. Quiet, clean and comforting.

Very Pleased with my 4 day stay. It is an older building that has been well maintained. The staff very helpful and friendly, rooms clean, updated but not luxury. I appreciated that you could open the windows for fresh air. The breakfast was better than expected with eggs and sausage along with the standard waffles, cold cereal, bagles, toast and basic yogurt. There was an indoor pool that I did not use, they had a washer and dryer that was easy to access. The beds were comfortable and clean, the heater worked well, the hotel was quiet and the other guests were polite and many may have been men working locally. The free internet worked fine, the tv gave you basic stations and I appreciated having a coffee machine, microwave and small refrigerator in the room. I would stay here again when in the area. Friends stayed at other hotels near Lakeville (where our event was) and they were not happy with their hotels which were a higher price. This was a good value for the price. Bonus the pancake restaurant next door is excellent but very busy on the weekends.

Not my first time visiting this location. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Comfortable and clean.

If you just need a place to rest your head for the night and don't care about service, elevator, age of the place (looks old and worn out), then this could be a place for you.

Upon arrival, we were checked into room 223 only to find the room was already occupied! I returned to the desk and the clerk was dumbfounded and rebooked us in 246. Upon opening this door, we were met with the most rancid smells of smoke and musty carpet. At this point there was no way we were going to stay at this location so I advised the desk clerk and we left to stay at one of the several other area hotels, without incident. This hotel is filthy, does not have an entry ramp nor an elevator so all luggage must be carried to access the lobby and the 2nd floor rooms, no apologies or explanations offered by front desk staff for the issues, carpeted stairwell was strewn with debris and all this was noticed within the total of possibly 10 minutes that we were on site. Lord only knows what the rest of room would have looked like if we would have gotten inside any further! Do not stay here. I am shocked that Wyndham is even associated with this locations, it is not at all like any prior Wyndham locations we have stayed. Extremely disappointing.

Great price , very clean with fresh paint in the hallways room was very small and pool was small which is ok but could really use some sound barriers to help with the echo

It's an okay place. It's a basic hotel but clean and appears to have the decor updated a few years ago. Breakfast is basic and the rooms are a little on the small side. I can't say that I had any problems as far as noise as I never heard my neighbors for the two nights I stayed. I have no complaints about this Americinn and it's nothing out of the ordinary.

It would be better if this place was closed down and renovated properly. There's so much potential for the property especially with the staff being A100.

Great place highly recommended stay here often when I travel new owner is nice friendly staff breakfast included overall great place especially when watching expenses give it a try. Why do they have a 200 min word count
