Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Worth-Burleson

My goodness! I don’t even know where to start! This hotel was by far the most accommodating and most thoughtful hotel I have ever worked with! I’ve worked in the industry for 12 years now and have never worked with a team that has had so much heart and so much dedication to ensure that my family had the best experience when staying with them. I got married this month and needed a hotel block set up in Burleson. That was when I was connected with my friend Sam! Not only does she have THE BEST name ever, but she was THE BEST at what she does. Every time I emailed her, she was quick to make any changes needed and did it with ease and with so much love. Sam also checked in with me, let me know when the deadline was coming, how many rooms had picked up, asked if I needed anything- I truly could not have asked for a more amazing person to work with. My family had nothing but kind words to say about their experience with the staff. From the front desk team, to management, to housekeeping, EVERYONE was so incredibly kind to them! And let me tell you, they were BUSY that weekend. The rooms are brand new, extremely clean, and spacious. I didn’t get to lay on the beds, but my cousin told me her baby slept through the entire night, so I’d say they must be doing something right, lol. I cannot THANK all of you enough for your attention to detail, your true hospitality, and the genuine love and compassion you had for myself and my family. Truly, I will never be able to thank you all enough for making this the easiest choice I made for my entire wedding. Thank you Sam and THANK YOU Hampton Inn! When we walk through the doors of the Burleson TX Hampton Inn & Suites it feels like home. The whole team here is customer service driven. They truly care about their customers and making them feel like they’re valued and appreciated. You’ll never go wrong selecting this location for your business or leisure stay.

We rented the meeting room for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Julia and Sam and the entire staff were the best! They listened, they offered suggestions, and made the planning part so much fun. We had many compliments, and there were no problems. Thank you so very much from us and all our guests!

Okay, let’s be honest, this is a Hampton Inn, not a fancy-schmancy resort. My wallet is grateful. That said, the folks who work here must be happy - they’re always smiling and being nice! Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast crew…everyone was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that our stay was going well. The beds were good, which is very important in my book. Air conditioner was not the best - it worked, but was either freezing or stifling, and was pretty noisy when set to “auto”. We were exhausted and didn’t take time to notify anyone, so that’s our bad. Breakfast was good - waffles, a few hot selections, plus the continental norms. Tons of restaurants all around. Would stay here again, happily.

Booked a handicap room for Aug 11, 2023 for my wife's cancer treatment in Ft. Worth. I have a very bad back and must have an accessible, ie roll in, shower with a seat, grab bars and hand held shower wand. On arrival, we waited over 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Called twice and the ringing was ignored. We could see three ladies in the office thru the window from the sidewalk. When the c, ounter lady arrived to check us in, she informed us that they had booked someone else for our room and there were no other identical rooms available. She offered another room, which we said would be OK if it had a seat, hand rails and shower wand. Upon arrival in the room, my wife had to go and left me with the luggage cart full or out luggage. The room DID NOT have any of the handicap aids that I required. I called the front desk and explained the situation to the lady that answered. Since no other rooms were available, including the one we booked. I informed her that I could not stay there and requested help with the luggage rack so I could leave. After waiting several minutes and no help arriving I attempted to leave pushing the full luggage cart with my walker. At the front desk were the three ladies that were in the office when we arrived. I checked out but NONE of the THREE ladies offered to help. But they all could see that I was struggling to get to my car. Several other customers offered help. Because of these three ladies. I will NEVER stay at this Hampton Inn ever again.

I have stayed here a couple of times. It is always comfortable, clean and quiet. Good location. Not overly expensive. Friendly staff. This is one of my go-to hotels when I am in this area. During this stay, I tried to use the dryer on the 2nd floor, but it required a minimum of 2 dollars in quarters. I only had a dollar. I thought I could purchase just a few minutes of dryer time.... but, no. This wasn't a biggie, but Trip Advisor wanted me to write 200 words minimum.

This is a great property. It has a very convenient location to the freeway, quiet surroundings, clean rooms and lobby. Looks like it was refurbished very recently. The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The only problem was the bed. It was hard as a rock. We have stayed in hundreds of Hampton Inns and this one had the worst bed we have ever encountered. If you can handle the hard mattress the rest of the experience will be great. FYI we had a room with a king sized bed.

Clean, excellent customer service, safe, good location. We would definitely stay here again. Sherri checked us in and was full of helpful information. Since we were heading south we liked the fact that we drove through Fort Worth and were on the south side of town. Sherri even recommended a good time for us to leave so we would miss most of the business traffic. Breakfast good. Nice selection of tea also. Thank you!

The staff at the Hampton Inn Burleson is amazing. They are very welcoming and professional. The facility is well maintained and kept very clean. When I attained lifetime Diamond status, the hotel had a welcome message on a chalk board with colorful balloons attached, and a bag full of snacks and water to welcome me. It was a nice touch!
