Night time front desk worker was nice enough. Room clean enough; tub dirty. Three bug bites on my arm and stomach when I woke in middle of night; possibly nothing. I'm leaving my luggage outside for a few days just in case... I went to my car at 4am and the front desk was unoccupied and front door was unlocked! The morning manager/owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. My car broke down after hitting a large tire on Rte 80. I called 911 and NJ State police called me a tow truck that took us to Days Inn which was the cheapest in the area. The tow truck operator dropped off me and my son off and left my car behind the hotel in their parking lot. The next morning I checked out and waited for AAA to respond with a tow truck that could tow the vehicle to my mechanic. My son and I waited in or near my car except for trying to use the hotel lobby restroom, which they refused to let my son use. Despite paying for a room, the night before he had to use the gas station bathroom next door. And I went inside the lobby to see if I could heat my coffee in their microwave which was a few feet from the front desk. The manager stopped me and said kitchen's closed. I asked if I could just heat my coffee up; he said NO, everything turned off. I could clearly see microwave lights on and figured I was dealing with a hostile person. I articulately explained that I was a paying guest last night and my vehicle broke down and I'm just waiting with my car for a tow truck. I was extremely stressed out at this point. The manager followed me out the front door and around the back of the building yelling at me as he was getting closer to get off his property saying people were complaining about me. The hotel parking lot was empty and it appeared that all the hotel guests had checked out I was actually scared that he was going to hit me as he got a foot away. At that point I started crying from all the stress I was under. The guy then says he's going to call the police. I asked him what I was doing wrong and he said " You are crying". What a bizarre, crazy thing to say! I told him that I was going to call the police if he didn't back off and then he said we could wait only if we sat in the car. The tow truck operator arrived soon after and said others have had similar experiences at this hotel. Weirder thing was that he was nice as we were checking out and there was another person with him behind the desk. I would never recommend anyone stay at this place knowing this guy has keys to the rooms. He (and some of his staff) should not be in the hospitality business!

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Facility was updated . Customer service skill was great .I have stayed for several Days and everything worked out good . Recent renovation on a floor was looking good . Close to parks and stores . Will stay again in future

The manager charged $50.00 Early Check-In Charge for 2.5 hours early and parking lot virtually empty.

I had guest over who were only going to stay for like an hour as we wait for our other friends to pick us up. And they followed us to our room and began questioning why there were 4 of us for a room of 2. Only 2 of us stayed the night. They were just visiting, not staying with us. We had our little back and forth and the staff left not too satisfied that they couldn’t up charge me for the other two. Felt very cheapskate of them. Besides that good place.

-WiFi has pretty good speeds -The room conditions were immaculate -TV had had pretty good channels -very clean -very accommodating as well -check in was easy and smooth -solid 5 start stay -nice and clean bathroom. Overall it was good stay .

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was appalling from the moment we walked in. The lobby greeted us with a foul, lingering odor that set the tone for what was to come. At check-in, I was already wary when my booking total of $480 for two people suddenly jumped to over $650 because we had a friend with us who was from the area we just asked if its okay if he stays a night. The front desk attendant assured us it was fine if he stayed the night, only to spring an outrageous price hike on us without prior warning. It took 15 minutes of back-and-forth explanations to revert to the original price, a frustrating ordeal in itself. We finally made our way to the room, and if we thought the lobby smelled bad, the room was on another level. The stench was unbearable, an assault on the senses. Then we started looking around, and the horror unfolded. This was, without a doubt, the filthiest, most repulsive room I've ever seen. Stains covered every surface, from the carpet to the bedding. The shower had visible mold growing, and to our shock, there was hair in the refrigerator. But the absolute worst part was finding what appeared to be a blood stain on the mattress. A blood stain! It was beyond unsanitary; it was a health hazard. We immediately decided there was no way we could stay in such disgusting conditions. We returned to the front desk to demand a refund, and the manager insisted on showing us a different room. He even claimed he would "upgrade" us to a suite. We reluctantly agreed to take a look, but by that point, we knew nothing they showed us would change our decision to leave. When we saw that the "suite" was just the same type of room we had initially booked, we reiterated that we wanted a full refund. Initially, the manager resisted, saying we had to pay for the first night, even though we hadn't even stayed an hour or spent more than five minutes in the room. After pushing for a full refund, he finally complied and said it would be processed in about three days. However, when the refund came through, they still charged us for one night. At this point, I was done dealing with this nightmare and had to file a dispute to get my money back. Bottom line: this place is a disaster. It's a poorly run, revolting establishment, and I wouldn’t wish staying here on my worst enemy. Fortunately, we managed to find an alternative at the last minute. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stay at the Extended Stay America - Mt. Olive - Budd Lake. The slight up-charge is worth avoiding the massive headache and potential health risks this place presents. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It's not worth the risk to your health or your sanity.

The room was clean. King bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were helpful and kind. A comfortable stay! The breakfast was enough to get your day started. I especially liked the individual wrapped cups and breakfast items. You can hear neighbors in the room and showers but all in all a great stay !

Quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff is amazing. The front desk is accommodating and quick. It is super clean! The breakfast is always delicious. The coffee is hot all the time! The room service is clean.quick if we needed something. There is always ample parking! I feel completely safe staying here. Bravo Days Inn!
