Excellent service from the time of arrival to departure. Ivan made us feel like family and Carmen in housekeeping,took care of us daily. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling looking for accommodations with all amenities. Felt safe and taken care of at all times. Would love to return.

Absolutely the best customer service. Ivan is top notch host. Carmen the best housekeeper. Rooms are very nice & well kept. Will DEFINITELY be going back .. Felt like home from checking in till checking out...loved the homey feel .. especially the kitty cats that live there 👍👍😄🥰

Wonderful! Friendly, Clean, quiet. Ivan has to be the best host in the world. So friendly, helpful, happy. We feel we found another best friend. He hooked us up with the best adventures and best restaurants to try. Casa Maria is so charming and comfortable. Our family stayed in the big downstairs apartment which was such a treat. The big outdoor table and swimming pool were our favorite hangouts. The big kitchen was great for fixing lots of meals for everyone. The ladies who cleaned every day were so lovely and hard working. We felt so welcome and well cared for. We can't wait to go back!

This ia Mexican style hotel boutique, with amazing ocean views, spacious rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. You can walk to the main beach in Bucerias in approximately 30 minutes, or you can walk to the main road and take a bus or taxi. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Great sleep, nice room and pool. Would be happy to return again. We walked up the beach to a great little restaurant and had lunch and returned for dinner. In the morning we watched the oyster divers right in front of the hotel diving for oysters. Place was very clean.

We spent 4 nights at Casa Maria. The place has large rooms and very clean. Although it is kind of a throwback to a 1960 s boutique motel, it is very nice. Ivan, the manager is great. I'm not sure I have ever had a nicer more personable host. The only downside is it is isolated and suffered beach damage from the hurricane. I highly recommend.

The staff here is excellent friendly & helpful the location is a little out of the way so be prepared to take a bus , cab or get a lot of exercise The accommodation are clean & comfortable however it would be nice to have coffee, tea provided for your first few days and utensils were the bare minimum. Pool all to ourselves many days was a bonus.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very large suite (could comfortably sleep 6-8 although not in separate rooms). Beautiful ocean view and balcony. Super comfortable beds. Nice pool area. Full kitchen, huge bathroom. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the cleaning staff! Ivan, the manager, made our stay special. We chose this location because we wanted to do long walks on the beach; it is about a 40 min walk to downtown Bucerias. Unfortunately, due to the recent hurricane, there is no direct beach access (the stairs need to be rebuilt) so we needed to walk about 10 minutes along a busy road before we could get onto the beach. Hopefully that work will be completed soon! If you like small boutique hotels with Mexican character, you will enjoy the Casa Maria.

This place truly was our home away from home. The owner Kevin greeted us on arrival and arranged a much needed massage Oceanside under a palapa. Ivan the concierge, managed our excursions, the many trips to the my dentist, our day fishing on the water, took us groceries shopping for supplies and generally helped with the language barrier. He even grilled burgers for us pool side. Louisa kept our quarters immaculate, with daily cleaning, including fresh everything to doing our dishes, and organizing our supplies. She’s a very hard working soul which I truly appreciated . Can’t wait to come back!
