A much different experience compared to last year. Carpets looked dirty, room had strong antiseptic, yet dusty smell. Request for adjoining rooms was not honored. Lobby also smelled strongly of something similar to body odor. Vending, soda and ice machines were all labeled out of order. Property was overall dirty and unkempt. Broken off rusty sign post in grass by parking lot is very hazardous. Breakfast was extremely lacking. Opted not to eat it. Disappointing stay. Will not stay here again. It appears that there may be people living at one end of the hotel. They drove in and out through the grass to the parking lot repeatedly.

The room was dated and in need of repair. None of the outlets would hold chargers. The refrigerator didn’t work. The grout in the bathroom was cracked and falling out. The room smelled musty and there were boogers on the wall next to the bed. Would not recommend and would avoid staying here again.

2 night stay for reunion. Rooms and facility were clean. Good coffee in the morning. Continental breakfast was sparce but adequate, had a waffle 1 morning. Bath towels were thin but worked. No elevator, only stairs is the only downside. Overall was a good stay.

We were passing through and needed a place to spend the night. This is a decent place to sleep. The rooms are fairly good sized. The location is quiet and safe. They serve breakfast which could be better. It was adequate for a rest after a long day of driving.

Nice clean and comfortable . We enjoyed our stay at Boarders Inn... would stay again if we were in the area . The staff was very nice and considerate . They were also very friendly ... the room was clean , bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a bath !!!!

To start, my family and I had an emergency and had to come to this small town that we were not familiar with at all. We stopped at a different hotel across the way from the cobblestone and we were treated like dirt! I thought me and my young kids were going to have to sleep in our car until we noticed the Cobblestone hotel so we stopped in. It was very late and we did not have a reservation. The front desk lady, she is blonde, I think her name was Tandy, she was able to get my family and I a nice, clean room, at an affordable rate. She was so nice, understanding, and even gave my kids a sticker!! The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was yummy. As long as my kids were happy I am a happy mamma!

Wasn't sure what to expect when I got there , it's a small little property..but when I checked in the manager Reina was super friendly and got me into my room within 5 minutes super fast. The room was SUPER CLEAN and the bed was comfortable also. Breakfast was lovely , lot of variety including a waffle maker! The rate was non expensive and definitely worth the money! And also there was no deposit which I liked. Highly recommend!

From Colorado Springs but visited friends in Brush. Loved the quiet location. Stayed in a king suite. Plenty of room for the two of us. Loved the "kitchen" setup in our room. Breakfast was good. Will be visiting Brush about once a month and will definitely be staying here every time.
