Very courteous staff But the rooms were dirty blood stains on them the air conditioners very low maintenance around the building will be a no-go for us in the future

Rooms reserved and paid in advance were not available but rented to walk in guests.
Breakfast was horrible and coffee pumps didn’t work. Employees were rude when asked about coffee and said you just have to pump it. Until she try to pump it and realized it didn’t work. She changed pump with the other Empty pot and said, I told you it wasn’t empty, the pump just don’t work.
Poor attitude and even less hospitality.

Terrible stay. If I could rate this a zero, it Would be a zero. We got “Noise complaints” while sleeping. Like what the heck?! The breakfast tasted terrible. Would rather stay at best western than this. Save yourself the time money and hassle.

STAY AWAY this was absolutely the worst place we ever stayed if my husband and I hadn't spent 15 hrs on the road and it was after 9 I would have left. It looked like an uncleaned crime scene. The place stunk and was so bad we only stayed several hours to get some sleep. Stay anywhere but this horrible place

We walked out. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The room had stains all over the carpet and was in awful shape. While the young lady at the front desk was very apologetic and tried to help (offered to spray the room) we just couldn’t stay. Avoid this place.

This place was filthy. Stay anywhere but here. Our room had ripped carpet ripped upholstery on the chairs. What looks like a huge blood stain on the curtains and blood on the air unit. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and looked like it was ready to fall at any time.

My family was greeted with very friendly staff members, check in was a smooth process, breakfast was great and the indoor pool has been so much fun for our children! We have been blessed with such a great stay.

Our expectations from previous stays at country inns and suites were not met. Decor appears newly done, and is attractive. However, internet did not work , except for a brief time at 2 AM… not at 8 to 9 when we repeatedly tried to use it, or 7 to 8 AM .. there was only 1 regular coffee pod, in our room , but didn’t matter because pot lacked a basket to brew, which I discovered,once I move furniture to be able to plug on the 3 prong plug. Breakfast was disorganized. You could clearly tell all guests underwhelmed .Bathroom door doesn’t close, paint peeling . Linens ok, bed comfortable. Tv fine. Parking easy.Bathroom has a cute shelf with art work , but no towel racks. I believe hotel is overpriced . We did not find the staff friendly , There was a sign that said the indoor pool was closed for the season???…to say it was lipstick on a pig, is more harsh than I would like to be, but it came to mind. Place has potential, but needs to improve.

The staff are very friendly and make sure your enjoying your stay. Rooms are clean. I have stayed her a number of times and I have had the same experience each time. I haven't had any problems as others are described.
